Corfu houses for two
Two of the houses are only for two. Nausika Cottage is above Agni Bay: one bedroom, terraces, sea and mountain, a walk down to three tavernas and an uphill walk back. Myrtle Blue is on the hill above Dassia: two bedrooms, a balcony toward the sea, a pool, the beach below, and a bus into Corfu Town.
Three larger houses also get booked by couples who want the place to themselves. Harmony House in Ano Korakiana sleeps 2 to 6, with the terrace over the village. Lavender Cottage in Skripero sleeps 4 and has a very small garden pool. Korakiana Cottage is a 200-year stone house for 6, in the centre of the village, and couples take it when they want the garden and the quiet more than they want extra bedrooms filled.

Korakiana Cottage
A 200-year-old stone cottage in the centre of Ano Korakiana. Sleeps 6, one bathroom, private garden. The old details were left in place.
Harmony House
On the heights of Ano Korakiana. The terrace looks over roofs, olives, sea and mountains. Sleeps 2 to 6. Cooler up here than on the coast, which is what guests write about.
Myrtle Blue Apartment
An apartment for two on the hill above Dassia. Large balcony toward the sea, two bedrooms, and a pool. The beach is below. A bus runs into Corfu Town.
Nausika Cottage
Time disregards its measure. Nausika Cottage sleeps two above Agni Bay: rustic rooms, sea and mountain views, about ten minutes' walk down to the tavernas.
Lavender Cottage
Lavender Cottage, Skripero: an old two-storey house on the hillside, sleeps 4. A very small pool in the garden. Beaches on either coast are about ten minutes by car.
Good to know
- If you do not want a car, Myrtle Blue is the one. Everywhere else, hire one.
- Nausika is the romantic brief — and it involves walking. Read that before you book it for an anniversary.
