Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, la posizione era ottima per visitare le spiagge più famose e la ragazza che ci ha accolto (Marili) è stata davvero gentile e disponibile ed ha, decisamente, migliorato la nostra esperienza consigliandoci sia ottimi ristoranti che attività da svolgere. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Amazing view, great vibes in the villa with the decor, nice and windy in the hot summer days and nets on all the doors and windows for all the nasty insects, has everything you could really need of a summer vacation house. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Its 20-30min away by car from all the best places in the mid-north area of Corfu, away from the noisy, busy tourist traffic areas so very chill and quiet

A beautiful property that exceeded all of our expectations on arrival. We loved it so much we changed our flights to extend our stay in Corfu. The property is newly refurbished with every small detail taken into consideration. The view really makes this property special! The village the property is located in is lovely & we were made to feel so welcome. We found it was the perfect location to explore the island. Max was a wonderful host who was always responsive before & during our stay, providing us with lots of helpful information & recommendations. We would love to stay here again, thank you so much for a special stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, sehr ruhige private Atmosphäre wir haben die angenehmen Abende mit einem schönen Grill im Hof genossen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse im oberen Stock war einfach top, mit der Aussicht auf die umliegende wunderschöne Landschaft.

Gorgeous home in the centre of Corfu with relatively easy access to Corfu town and the North/West of the Island with a car. Small issue with the upstairs bathroom meaning this could not be used in our stay. Otherwise it was very comfortable and we enjoyed spending our down time at the house amongst our exploring!

The view was amazing, and the apartment was very cozy. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the newley renovated St. George’s cottage, which explains why there was t any reviews before I booked. The cottage is situated in a peaceful village, with a bakery and a coffee shop close by. The cottage itself was immaculate, superbly decorated and designed by people with great taste. You definitely need a car, but I chose to stay here as you’re equidistant from the east and west coast of Corfu and only 25 minutes from the bustle of Corfu Town and its airport. Only ten minutes by car there are some wonderful tavernas. No need to go into huge detail on the review because our host, Max, was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us many suggestions of places to visit and was always on hand to give us some advice. The village is also renowned for its love of cats, we got very attached to the kittens and who live opposite. If you’re looking to explore the island of Greece, I’d highly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage.

A fantastic traditional greek stone house with lots of space, little nooks and great places outside and inside. Lovely trees, flowers and stunning pool area. The upper balcony was amazing, and all the interior and outside furniture is in very good taste! Stunning views and Max was always very helpful! A great house to relax and have a week of privacy in.

Gorgeous place to say and perfect for our needs. The patio was lovely and the rooms suited us well. We loved the quirky furnishings with a fabulous, eclectic blend of old and new. The bookshelf was a treasure trove!! You’ll need a hire car to get up to the village - get the smallest one you can as navigating the very narrow roads is a challenge! We loved it 🤗 There’s no car parking right at the house but it’s a short walk - and Max was super helpful with bags. We lived exploring beaches and coves on both east and west coasts and had a lovely time!

Fantastic place, we had a lovely week staying there. The island and all the beaches and best beach clubs are easily accessible by car from the location. The village itself is very much a mountain village and not touristy at all. There is a bakery which is still run by a very charming lady in her 70s who must have been doing this for her entire life. Most other shopping is best done on your way to the village. The house itself is every bit as charming as the pictures suggest! It was one of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in so far. It has everything you need (cooking, bbq, nice bathroom etc.). You can tell that the people who run it and renovated it are architects and in the trade. This place is well thought through and designed. For us, as a family of three it was perfect. We used one spare bedroom for our child and one for the luggage and it worked perfectly. Our host Maximilian welcomed us to the place and was very charming. He also supplied us with very useful recommendations.

We stayed for 8 night, 3 adults and 2 small children. Very well decorated and well kept property situated in an authentic village. The property was well equipped and cool thanks to thick walls and powerful AC units. The view from the terrace was fantastic. Finally, Max the property manager was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout the stay with some special attentions. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend. The property is also close to nice beaches and places to visit.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nausica House! The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely amazing! We loved starting and ending our day on the patio, and spent our days exploring the nearby beaches. Thank you Max!!

This beautiful house is absolutely stunning and has been renovated to an exceptional standard, with every detail carefully considered. It was a dream to stay in. The spacious living room and large balcony are perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful views of the hills and the sea. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could need, and the comfortable beds, aircon and en-suite bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking is just a short walk away down some steps, which wasn't an issue. Max was a fantastic host—always helpful, quick to respond, and full of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. If you're looking for an authentic place to stay in Corfu that's also a base for exploring the island, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Marili, her mother, and her aunt are truly extraordinary people who made our holiday unforgettable. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The location is excellent, with private parking included, and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Kissamos turned out to be the ideal base for exploring the most beautiful beaches in Crete. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommended to anyone visiting the area! This charming, quirky village house suited us perfectly. The many steps from the parking spot were not a problem for us but could be for some guests. The garden is delightful and the house, despite being nestled between others, is very private. The steep 15 minute walk down to Agni bay takes you to three excellent tavernas, a good beach and a fabulous beach just an extra 10 mins walk on a delightful path. Max and Hans were very attentive, and the young housekeeper Claire, a neighbour, very friendly and helpful. Altogether delightful.

Marili a fost foarte draguta si amabila, ne-a intampinat cu zâmbetul pe buze, cu bunatati locale si cu recomandari de plaje si taverne din zona. Am mers pe aceste recomandari si nu am regretat. Studioul a fost foarte curat si confortabil, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, iar terasa era intr-o gradina plina de flori. Multumim pentru o experienta de neuitat. 🤗 Disliked: Nu e cazul

To był wspaniały pobyt i już tęsknimy za tym miejscem! Dom ma niesamowity klimat – widać, że właściciel zadbał o każdy detal, a drobne elementy wystroju dodają mu wyjątkowego uroku. Piękny taras z zachwycającym widokiem oraz ogród sprawiały, że można było naprawdę odpocząć i poczuć grecką atmosferę. Dom jest bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Właściciel był niezwykle pomocny, miły i zawsze dostępny. Kontakt był wzorowy, dzięki czemu przez cały pobyt czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Sama miejscowość jest spokojna i autentyczna, typowa grecka wioska z niepowtarzalnym klimatem. W pobliżu znajduje się piekarnia i kawiarnia, co było dodatkowym atutem. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Die Unterkunft ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden und der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge Albaniens war jeden Tag eine absolute Freude. Ein zusätzliches Highlight waren die wunderschönen Sonnenauf- und -untergänge, die man von vom Balkon täglich genießen konnte. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen und gepflegten Zustand. Max ist sehr sympathisch und bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste.

We had the best stay at Max’s lovely villa. The views were absolutely amazing with a lovely outdoor seating area. Rooms were incredibly comfortable and so well decorated. A really authentic location with really friendly local people. We would love to return one day

Proche du centre de kissamos. Le studio est hyper équipé, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est magnifique et les parents de l'hôte sont extrêmement gentil et agréable! Disliked: Le quartier en lui même est calme mais j’ai été déranger par les chiens du coins de la rue et le jeune Malinois qui a sa niche juste derrière le studio... J'étais tres fatigué et je n’ai pu me reposer. C’est la seule chose négative a dire car tout était parfait et si les chiens ne vous dérangent pas, c’est un petit paradis!

We really enjoyed our four night stay in White Jasmine Cottage. The property is located in a quiet village and was well positioned for driving to various places in the north of Corfu. Check in was easy and flexible on timing with Max providing clear instructions prior to our arrival on the island. The cottage is finished to a high standard and made for a very comfortable stay, the terrace was a particular highlight with its views out to the sea. Max provided a list of recommendations for Corfu which was also really useful.

1a-Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber; die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! - wir wurden sogar mit Kaffee, Tee, Keksen und Obst verwöhnt! Danke! Disliked: Das Haus ist leider "hellhörig" - der Betrieb von WC-Spülung, Dusche, Waschmaschine,... durch die Nachbarn war laut zu hören und störend.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Besonders hat uns das große Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile gefallen.Vom Sofa aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick durch das große Panoramafenster auf Tal,Meer und Berge. Großartig ist auch die Dachterrasse mit großer Sitzecke samt Tischen ,von der aus man über die Dächer des Dorfes bis zum Meer und den entfernten Bergen blicken kann. Ano Korakiana ist ein sehr hübsches,teilweise verwinkeltes Dorf,durch das man wunderbar spazieren kann. Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Dorflage sehr ruhig. Max ist ein sehr engagierter und unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful, spacious house with amazing views. It has been sensitively modernised but retains lovely features, which seems hard to find in Greece. There is a lot of space to relax in, both inside and out and it gets the sun all day. Beds and seating areas all comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. The area is very quiet and we found it nice to be in a village but also not overlooked in any way.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich gemütlich die Zeit vertreiben und in der Sonne Frühstücken. Der Blick morgens, wenn der Neben den Berg hoch zieht ist wirklich ein Traum. Das Haus ist gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die verschiedenen Regionen zu machen. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Bäder. Diese könnten auf einem besseren Stand sein, es haben stillgelegte Leitungen aus dem Boden geschaut und die Klobrille im 1. OG war nicht ordentlich befestigt.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Maximilian. Elle était spacieuse, fonctionnelle et parfaite pour notre famille. Il est par contre nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer sur l'île. Le village est très beau mais tout petit !

Excellent host, was so welcoming, very helpful with all our needs and with excellent travels tips in Corfou. The house is superb especially the last floor, it was clean and beautiful. You won’t regret your stay, the village is so beautiful and the people so nice, we had the best time. thanks Max.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem schönen Strand, mit Eukalyptusbäumen. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze an der Straße. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Disliked: Die Straße ist doch mehr befahren als erhofft. Das Zimmer hinten ist aber absolut ruhig, nur in dem Zimmer vorne hört man die Autos..

We had a wonderful stay at Max‘s place. The village is beautiful and quite and a great starting point to reach different areas of the island by car. Max gave us plenty of recommendations for nice beaches and restaurant which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt right at home in the house and especially loved the roof terrace as well as the window front in the living room with views down to the sea. Thanks again for a great week!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung von vorne bis hinten genossen! Man wacht morgens mit Sonne im Gesicht und einen Blick auf das Meer auf - einfach traumhaft. Neben der schönen Einrichtung ist auch an Ausstattung alles da, was man braucht. Maximilian war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der uns mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Danke für die Flexibilität beim Check-In und Check-Out. Wir fanden den nahegelegenen Küstenabschnitt wunderschön, mit tollen kleinen Buchten und schönen Wanderungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - absolute Empfehlung! 🌞

Wir hatten die schönste Zeit auf Korfu. Der Ausblick und die Lage der Wohnung sind fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Danke auch an Maximilian für die vielen Tipps!

The house sits high on the hill but just below the main road. There are a lot of steep steps to take your luggage up and down, but actually, you can also reach the house by going through Agni if you don't want to negotiate these steps. The house is traditional and very sweet, set over three floors with a rustic feel. The pool is nice and clean with good shaded areas for sitting out of the sun when needed.. The garden could do with some TLC 🙏 We were welcomed with peaches, water, coffee capsules, and loo roll (note, as is the case in many greek islands, you dispose of used toilet roll, not down the loo but in a container by the loo) and lots of pool and bathroom towels. The view was lovely from the upstairs terrace where we sat every evening after dinner watching the twinkling lights of Agni below but also lovely morning sun and afternoon shade . The new kitchen was nice and pleasant to eat in away from the wasps; a normal hazard of eating outside. The area has lots of sweet little coves to explore with pebble beaches and restaurants. It is easy to hire a boat for a day and explore the NE coast of Corfu. You don"t need a boat licence, just common sense. We also explored the NW which provided beautiful sunsets and sandy beaches (none on the NE). Inland was also very beautiful. Disliked: Unfortunately the housekeeper was out of action, as heavily pregnant, so the property had not been maintained as per usual we now understand so there were a number of ongoing issues throughout the week but Max was very good and responsive. I would highly recommend him as a host, and he tried his best to get things sorted asap. Lots of rickety/broken furniture outside. Old bathrooms with blocked drainage most of the week so the showers flooded constantly. A plunger in the house would have been useful. Also, very small so manoeuvring was tricky. Im a size 12! Do note, bathrooms are on a separate floor, down pretty steep stairs if you tend to need a pee in the night. The aircon works well, but the batteries needed replacing, and then a dead wasps in the unit caused it to spew water. So, really unfortunate. Kitchen was a little under equipped with glasses/mugs but possibly just broken throughout the season and not replaced as we went in Sept. Max provided a toaster, oven gloves, tea towels, and so on when requested. Also, there was very little space for clothes; just an old armoire in the hallway. As a final note, the property is close to the main road, so you do hear traffic and a lot of building work going on in the area at certain times of the day, but only if you sat outside. The house really just needs a bit more TLC and the bathrooms need upgrading, broken furniture replacing, garden watered and tidied. The price tag would then fit.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Aussicht war toll und auch die Unterkunft war schön. Check in hat super geklappt und auch die Weg Beschreibung zur Unterkunft war total easy, wenn man den Anweisungen von Maximilian folgt.

We had the best time staying at Max's property. The view from the balcony was lovely and the bedroom was divine. Beware you will have to do a lot of walking if you do stay here! Max was a fantastic host and was always on call to help with any issues. He even often to host us to work when this part of island was out of power! Would come back for another short stay in a heart beat!

Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit im Airbnb von Max. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön & man kann sogar den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus beobachten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist mit viel Detailliebe eingerichtet. Außerdem haben wir viele nützliche Tipps und Ausflugsziele bekommen.

Did not want to leave best place ever.

We had a lovely stay at White Jasmine Cottage. Max was incredibly welcoming, greeting us on his moped and offering to help carry our cases up the winding streets to the property. This was very much appreciated with a toddler in tow. The cottage is charming with the feel of a true village home. Ano Korakiana is a quiet, tucked-away spot where life moves at a slower pace. We especially enjoyed the coffee at the local café over, and couldn’t resist bringing back a couple of bottles from Nicoluzo Winery nearby. A tip for future guests: a smaller car is best for navigating the narrow village roads and exploring the rest of Corfu. The cottage is perfectly located for visiting all the northern parts of the island. Highly recommended. Thank you.

An absolutely idyllic spot . The house was simple but very tastefully furnished- the view from the balcony and terrace was stunning. We loved the beach and tavernas- a steep walk back - but worth it. Max was very helpful and always answered our questions promptly. We would love to stay again.

Die Villa Agni ist wirklich super schön. Es gibt so viele kleine Ecken und Balkone auf denen man sich aufhalten kann, auch der Pool ist super schön und die neue Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Agni Beach und auch der danebenliegende Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Restaurants am Strand sind super lecker. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu Viert bei Maximilian in der Unterkunft.

What can I say, it was a stay I will never forget in my life. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the sea from the window of my bedroom, having the first coffee of the day in the garden amidst the silence of the village, sitting in that bright living room with its high ceilings and looking at the mountains… A dreamlike house, a wonderful stay. Maximillian was also a great host — he welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful. I’m so glad we chose this house and this beautiful village!

We had a wonderful stay at Harmony House. Marili and her parents were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every restaurant and beach they recommended was absolutely perfect. The house was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including convenient parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the nearby beaches are stunning, with great spots for snorkeling. In addition, the guide recommended to us by Marili, who took us to Balos, showed us the oldest known hominid footprints in Kissamos.

Beautiful and cosy greek cottage in agni bay, with lots to do around. A car is a must as expected in a tranquil place like this :) Max gave us tons of great tips. Highly recommend!

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato davvero incredibile, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria alla posizione strategica della casa. È vicinissima ai principali servizi e ai locali serali, e un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere le principali spiagge dell'isola e tante altre piccole perle. La casa era pulita, fornita permettendoci di usufruire di tutto il necessario. Non è stato così scontato trovare tutte le comodità di una casa. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto con un piccolo dolce home made e ci ha dato diverse indicazioni e informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e in cui poter apprezzare la cucina tradizionale. Ci ho lasciato un bel ricordo grazie soprattutto alla proprietaria che è stata davvero carina con noi! Se dovessi ritornare a Creta, saprei subito dove andare.

When you book from Max, you are getting Max as a package, with his charm and lots of suggestions on places and things to do on the island. The place is great, honest. A bigger bathroom could be better, but it is not a show-stopper. It is an excellent option for a one-week trip where you want to enjoy time off, the beach, and the sun. We will definitely be back.

This place was a little piece of all the magnificent the magic of Corfu has to offer. We loved every detailed on the house, and Max gave us the most warming welcome (with a delicious bottle of local wine!) We loved our romantic stay and are truly grateful for this level of hospitality.

The cottage was perfect for what we needed for a relaxing honeymoon with our 8 month old. Max met us on arrival with a bottle of wine and some homemade pomegranate juice and helped with our bags and gave us local recommendations which was really handy. He also provided extra items such as beach umbrella and baby bits for us to use. The walk up the hill from where you park is a bit steep which was fine for us with our travel pram, but if you had mobility issues it may be a bit tricky. There is also no aircon in the master bedroom so we had to use the fan provided. Both were very minor though and didn’t affect our stay in the slightest, would highly recommend Max and Corfu Cottages for a relaxing stay!

Gorgeous house in a quiet location with a beautiful patio garden & stunning views of the valley. House well equipped, bedrooms all with balconies overlooking the vista. You willl need a car to get around but most of the places of interest about 30-40 mins away. We enjoyed fabulous beaches & snorkelling in pristine azure water. Would love to return.

È stato tutto perfetto! Vorrei essere ancora li da loro! Maria e sua mamma sono delle persone fantastiche. Ti riempono di consigli e ti coccolano coi i loro dolci. La casa è perfetta,pulita e vicina alle spiagge piu belle della zona. Se un giorno dovessimo tornare a Creta torneremo sicuramente qui. GRAZIE DI CUORE

Everything! This is a very special place, such a gem.. I would defiantly stay here again!!! The view is stunning, it is so quiet and peaceful. Aesthetically Nausica house impressed both inside and out. The little balcony served me well in the evening with a glass of wine and the lower courtyard offered a no less stunning view where I breakfasted. I had everything I needed , a lovely welcome by the housekeeper, a welcome bottle of wine, coffee etc Clean as a whistle, very comfortable bed. I loved the hike up and down the hill, it was a welcome workout after lazing and swimming all day. Disliked: Nothing

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Ruhe und Lage des Ortes war für uns gut. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind wirklich ein Highlight! Maximilian hat den Check-in sehr einfach gemacht und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.

Great apartment with a perfect view over the hills of corfu. We felt comfortable abd welcome from the first moment. All necessities are available. Maximilian is a great host gave us tips for restaurants and beaches to visit. I can only recommend this accommodation for your trip to corfu.

A lovely little house with a beautiful view on the sea. It's just a few minutes' walk from charming Agni Bay beach. Do however note that the cottage itself is only accessible via a few steep sets of stairs.

Excellent views, very elegantly decorated. Disliked: Airconditioning in the lower lever might be necessary in hot periods, although we did not need it.

Das Airbnb von Max ist noch schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an hervorragend. Das Highlight war definitiv der grosse Balkon mit der Aussicht, einfach herrlich! Ausser dem schwachen Duschstrahl kann man hier nichts bemängeln! Wir haben uns, dank Max und der netten Nachbarin, wie Zuhause gefühlt.

After a very long day of travelling, Max's brother Manos kindly waited up until 1am to guide us into the village and let us in. The cottage is in a uniquely beautiful medieval setting with absolutely stunning views in every direction. The place was clean, and the beds incredibly comfortable. The cottage has tiny blue shutters on each window giving it that cosy feel but there's a modern, fresh clean look to the place with original oak beams. You'll be lucky to stay in this beautiful place. Thank you Max, we loved it here.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità: la ragazza che ci ha presentato la casa è stata davvero splendida, attenta e pronta a darci ottimi consigli per visitare i posti più belli dell’isola. O alojamento corresponde na íntegra às imagens e descrição do anúncio. Espaço muito organizado, com bom gosto, vistas incríveis , boas áreas, comodidades necessárias e bem cuidado. O anfitrião é muito educado, responsivo e atencioso. Tínhamos à nossa espera alguns mimos como água, café e uma garrafa de vinho. Recomendo o alojamento que voltaria a reservar.

Świetnie spędziliśmy czas, mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, ma wszystko czego potrzeba, klimatyzacja, salwa tarasy, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i wiele innych. Lokalizacja święta, bardzo blisko do najlepszych lokalizacji na wyspie. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le logement de Maximilian, il correspondait parfaitement aux photos, la vue était à couper le souffle au lever du soleil. L’emplacement est calme et privé, la route pour y accéder et plutôt facile une fois qu’on l’a fait une fois et permet d’aller à la ville de Corfou en une vingtaine de minutes ! Le logement était tout équipé et nous avons même pu connecter nos comptes Netflix et Amazon sur la télé, ce qui était chouette pour les soirées ! Nous n’hésiterons pas à conseiller le logement et à y revenir !

Maximilian is a fantastic host – very responsive, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa itself is beautiful, with a stunning view that makes the stay truly special. We were two couples traveling with two babies and appreciated the amenities provided (baby cot, high chair). That said, the house has many stairs (both to access it and within its three floors), which makes it less convenient for families with small children. Some areas, such as the bathrooms and the beds, could benefit from an update to increase overall comfort. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly enjoyed the hospitality

What really stood out was the Google Maps guide Maximilian shared, filled with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and museums all around the island—it was truly special and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia di Kissamos, comoda anche per esplorare Balos, Falasarna ed Elafonisi. La casa è dotata davvero di ogni comfort e la cucina super accessoriata. Perfetto il terrazzino per le cene dopo le giornate in spiaggia. Mirili ci ha accolto con un grande sorriso e fornito un sacco di consigli su come vivere al meglio la zona. Grazie davvero di tutto, siamo state proprio bene. Ci tornei. Consigliato!

Our stay was truly amazing! Everything was perfectly organized with clear details about location and check-in. Maximilian greeted us on arrival, showed us the house and provided helpful explanations. He even prepared maps with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, museums and things to do around the island. Such a thoughtful and friendly host! The house is beautifully furnished with traditional details, spotlessly clean and made us feel like locals for a few days. The best part was the breathtaking view, every morning we watched the sunrise from our balcony! The location is also excellent, close to Corfu town, great restaurants and stunning east coast beaches. Highly recommended, we would love to return!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée, située sur les hauteurs au centre Nord avec une position centrale pour visiter l’île. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, si trova in posizione isolata ma vicina al paesino e a bellissime spiagge, e dalla casa si può godere di un’ottima vista sul mare. We absolutely loved the apartment — and even more, the host. Maximilian is a true super host. He communicated everything clearly before arrival, answered questions, and fulfilled all our requests. Upon arrival, we met him at his nearby office — he was warm, welcoming, and professional. He personally showed us around the apartment, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, quiet, and fully equipped. It has 3 AC units, a washing machine, and a kitchen with everything you need. It’s located in the peaceful village of Ano Korakiana. Just be aware of narrow roads and some uphill driving — very common in Corfu. Location by car: 16 mins to Ypsos Beach, 22 mins to Aqualand, and 32 mins to Corfu Town. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Max was a perfect host! I had super clear instructions to find the place and some really helpful recommendations. The place was spotless and just as described. It was bigger if anything with a fab terrace. Max couldn’t have been more helpful either any queries we had. Really peaceful setting with the most amazing outlook! You need a car as it’s 20 mins or so into town but worth it! I’d certainly come back and definitely recommend it to anyone!

Οποτε οταν η θερμοκρασια ηταν στους 38 με 40 βαθμους ηταν αδυνατο να κοιμηθεις στα υπνοδοματια. Υπηρχε air condition στο σαλονι.

We had a great time staying at Harmony House. The location was incredible for driving to amazing beaches nearby and the house was an easy walk to amazing food with a view. There was great bakeries and supermarkets and everything in Kissamos as well. The house itself was so beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay and more. Marili was so kind and the ultimate host - we relied on her recommendations for beaches and food and were never disappointed. I didn’t update Marili with our new arrival time at the property and so she was left waiting for our arrival but she was just so worried something had happened to us and was very kind about my lack of communication. I cannot recommend Harmony House enough!

Marili e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno dato consigli molto validi. Lo studio era molto pulito e ci hanno fatto trovare frutta e verdura fresca al nostro arrivo. Lo consigliamo!

L’alloggio di Max era pulito e ordinato. La biancheria da letto era pulita ed in cucina, dalle pentole agli accessori, tutto nuovo. Anche i letti: abbiamo riposato benissimo! È stato come essere a casa. C’era anche l aspirapolvere! Il terrazzo: la perla della casa! Una vista pazzesca sulla baia, stelle cadenti la sera, luna rossa…e al mattino una splendida alba. Max è stato molto reattivo come host. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno ma lui si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Il bagno andrebbe un po’ migliorato (specie la vasca), ma aveva comunque tanti accessori nuovi e puliti comodi soprattutto per i bambini. Max ci ha fornito le indicazioni utili per trovare l’alloggio e anche altri consigli. L’alloggio non è proprio centrale, ma in pochi minuti di auto si è a dassia o ipsos da cui partire per visitare le meravigliose spiagge. Max ci ha accolto con acqua fredda, vino, succhi ed in casa c’era tutto quanto potesse servire. Grazie Max per la tua ospitalità!

Wonderful place and host. I highly recommend spending vacations in Max house. Place is clean and neat. To address previous comments the air-conditioning is placed on 2 of 3 levels and it is enough to cool down the whole house in temperatures above 30 degrees :). The best point is obviously a private pool where you can relax after day of visiting Corfu. Max is a super host, always responsive and supportive.

Superb view, quiet location in a pretty little village with very attentive staff... Disliked: 2 cottages, you don't know which one you get before arriving, when the second cottage is occupied you hear everything that happens there... pity! No real bedrooms so little privacy...

All' arrivo abbiamo trovato dolcetti (fatti dalla mamma di Marili) cocomero e acqua in frigo. L'appartamento è munito di tutto e di più. Dal ferro da stiro alla cassettina pronto soccorso. Davvero curato nei minimi particolari. Le spiaggie più famose sono al massimo 30 minuti tranne per Elafonissi un oretta. Lo consiglio vivamente Disliked: Nulla

La atención de Marili y la de sus padres que viven delante de la casa. Marili nos dió muy buenos consejos para visitar playas, restaurantes... Los padres son un encanto y sus pasteles caseros son excelentes. La casa tiene muy buen climatización, parking privado, terraza privada y no le falta de nada. Incluso hay complementos de playa por si los necesitas. Baño y ducha excelente. Cocina grande y totalmente equipada. La ubicación para visitar la Creta occidental es muy práctica. Calidad precio inmejorable Disliked: Una de las camas individuales era demasiada estrecha. El sofá no es funcional.

It’s hard to describe how amazing and unique this property is. It’s not so much a property as an experience, like stepping into a novel or a movie set. Such authenticity and beauty and history all around. Just be ready for some adventure driving through the tiny streets and alleyways of Ano Koriakana! I took about a million photos during our stay and wish we could have stayed forever. Enchanting!

Great place for a family with kids. We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Especially the kitchen is well-equipped. The living room is spacious. We especially liked the beautiful garden, with several terraces and outdoor furniture. The house is located within easy driving distance to many beaches and great restaurants. Note that the house is located in the middle of an old village and there is no direct access by car to the house. There is parking available a short distance away, but the walk is not for the the physically challenged. In very hot weather, the air-conditioning will have a hard time cooling the house.

The house is beautiful and well-kept, the village is very characteristic and convenient for reaching the beaches. Max from the staff was very kind and super helpful, he welcomed us a day early, very late at night past midnight, due to a mix-up with the ferry! Disliked: Nothing

I would like to take some time and reflect on the whole experience. A week passes by so quickly when you're in the right place. From the rustic cozy vibe of Korakiana Cottage to the incredible view and the best host I've ever met, everything fits a fairytale-like experience. You get to enjoy the sandy beaches and hidden gems on the East coast for a 30 minutes drive or drown in the nightlife and marble beaches of the West coast for a 10-20 minutes drive. But after a long day at the beach, you get to rest in the amazingly air-ventilated living room of the cottage. And then, again, I would like to thank Max for the hospitality. He not only recommended us a great itinerary for our stay, but also made sure everything was in place.

Everything was amazing, Panos is lovely, very helpful. The apartmen is spacious and clean, feels very homey. It is very well equipped, kitchen, washing machine, everything one could ask for. The location is perfect, a short walk from the beach, and the old town is also nearby. Disliked: Nothing, everything was wonderful.

The place is tucked away right in the heart of Corfu—super peaceful but still close to everything. The cozy space instantly made us feel right at home and the terrace was perfect for winding down with a glass of wine after a hot day in the sun. Huge shoutout to the host for some amazing local tips (which I’m definitely keeping to myself!). Would totally come back!

Max is a great host, very helpful. The apartment's location is a bit far from the city center but like in the middle of everything and closer to the best beaches on the west side. The village has less ambient temperature than the city center, here you feel much comfortable in hot days. One of the best feature was wireless modem, that you can bring with you and have internet access for all day! Perfect solution for international travellers. Definitely will be back.

The host was super nice ! He showed us a bunch of places that we can visit,beaches,tavernas etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and it's beautiful and clean! Disliked: The apartment that we took had sleeping beds on the gallery which was a bit channeling with the baby. In other cases this shouldn't be a problem :)

We absolutely loved our week in Max's house. It is incredibly beautiful & tastefully designed. We travel a lot & it's rare that we have stayed somewhere that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was so perfect. You definitely need a car but beautiful beaches are only 20 minutes away & we had some lovely dinners in local restaurants, Rivendell & Sokraki Taverna. Thank you Max we will be back.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Agni. The villa is as seen in photos. We loved all the different areas to relax around the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked on the bbq some evenings. It is a 10 minute walk down a very steep path to Agni beach where there are 3 restaurants and a snack bar. We also rented a boat from there. A car is recommended as the villa is in a remote but very beautiful location. If you want a real Greek experience then this it!

Lovely Stay! Overall, a great apartment with a beautiful view. The terrace is definitely the highlight! Everything was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was super easy. Max and Hans were very helpful and always available when needed. They fixed the internet, but it was still quite weak—so not ideal for remote work, which was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

La casa si trova in via secondaria vicino sia al centro che al mare e ci sono anche supermarket, ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Ci hanno dato la casa grande anche se avevamo prenotato il monolocale perché avevano avuto una cancellazione. La casa è molto spaziosa, con uno spazio fuori e un giardino,fornita di tutto per quanto riguarda i prodotti da bagno e anche di cucina. Sono presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici e anche qualche prodotto per la colazione. Si trova a Kissamos, un piccolo paesino in una posizione comoda per visitare la parte ovest di Creta. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato dei dolcetti tipici di Creta veramente buonissimi! Consiglio veramente di soggiornare in questo appartamento

Absolutely beautiful, a perfect Greek getaway amazing views from the balcony and the perfect little cottage. Well equipped cottage and fantastically helpful host. We will definitely be coming back to Agni we even enjoyed hiking back up the hill after dinner at the delicious restaurants in the bay. Car hire recommended for exploring the rest of local area. We used Katerina’s they even delivered the car to the cottage. Boat hire in the bay a swell as sun-bed hire but bring cash as ATM at bottom of the hill not always in use.. Everyone is super friendly and laid back. Highly recommend booking a stay!

Uns hat die Unterkunft auf den ersten Blick super gefallen, danach Korfu kannte, hatte ich bewusst in der Gegen gesucht. Die Lage in einem kleinen Bergdorf ist ein Traum, man sollte in der Lage sein, Treppen ohne Probleme zu steigen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziger Wehrmutsropfen ist die Duschwanne mit hohem Einstieg, Vorhang und gerade noch ausreichendem Duschkopf - für uns Vielschwimmer wäre eine kleine moderne begehbare Dusche in diesem schönen Appartement die Kirsche auf der Sahne. ☺️ Positiv: die Fenster haben Mückenschutz, leider ist dieser ausgerechnet im Schlafzimmer unten nicht dicht, daher brauchte ich nachts Mückenschutz um zu schlafen. Das sind kleinste Kritikpunkte, wir würden wiederkommen! Professionell, verlässlich, freundlich und einfach sehr sympathisch ist die Kommunikation - übrigens auch in Deutsch. Außerdem hervorzuheben ist auch die Ausstattung der Küche, die wirklich vollwertig ist, was ich so in der Form leider selten antreffe, toll!

Amazing views with several balcony spots to choose from over 3 floors, & serene private location, not overlooked. There is a villa next door but there is good separation between the two so you won’t feel on top of each other. Well worth the 15 minute walk down to Agni beach (at a cooler time of day!). Note the climb up will be a bit longer. Definitely need a car, but parking was easy enough at the top of the road. Be prepared for a small walk downhill to get to the property with bags. Great hosts, with good comms, and we would thoroughly recommend this spot. Showers & kitchen have been updated to more modern specs which is great. Favourite beaches inc. Kerasia, Nisaki and Gialiskari (just a short walk from Agni beach)

Probablement un des meilleurs Airbnb où nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner. Maximilien est très accueillant, amical et réactif ! Tout dans la maison est pensé pour accueillir les gens du mieux possible. Il ne manque rien, on se sent comme à la maison. Le lieu est paisible, il faut effectivement une voiture ou un deux roues pour pouvoir se déplacer car il est un peu éloigné mais ça vaut sincèrement le coup, il y a des places de parking libres proches de là maison un peu partout. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

The house had everything you could want ,the shower was brilliant ,the garden was beautifull ,it was very peacefull,the veranda on the front a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning watching the world go by. The family who own the house couldnt be any nicer, we love the Greek people for their warmth and kindness. Disliked: If we could have altered anything we would have turned the window in the kitchen into a door which meant you could sit out the back overlooking the hills and wonderfull garden that George looks after . Its not a complaint what so ever just a observation.

Wir haben eine Woche Anfang Mai hier verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse ist ein Traum und der Ausblick in die grünen Hügel und Berge Korfus ist fantastisch. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte wirkten neu (sogar eine Saftpresse ist vorhanden). Das Dorf ist sehr ursprünglich, die Einheimischen sind freundlich und es war sehr ruhig. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, dann sind die schönsten Strände Korfus in circa 20-30 min zu erreichen. Wir würden sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen!

Tolle Aussicht und super Haus

El pequeño estudio de Marili es encantador. Tomar el café por la mañana entre flores y a solo 5 minutos de distancia del centro de Kasteli es una buena opción para pocos días. Marili y su familia son unas personas excelentes y anfitriones pendientes de que todo salga bien. Los detalles de bienvenida son auténticos y riquísimos. Recomiendo sin duda este alojamiento para los viajeros a los que les gusta sentir la verdadera hospitalidad Cretense. Disliked: es bastante pequeño y quiza su precio algo elevado para la temporada y para sus metros cuadrados

my family and i found the accommodation beautiful. especially the garden, the pool and the terrace with a view of the sunrise. we were warmly welcomed and everything was uncomplicated.🌸

Very special location with amazing views, well stocked and equipped kitchen, friendly host who shared lots of information. Comfortable. Central location to be able to visit the north, east, and west. Disliked: It’s on a steep hillside so you can’t park at the house, which was fine for us, but could be difficult for some people. It’s a short walk from where you park.

Flat was pristine clean and fully stocked with all sorts of useful stuff including bug spray, fruit, bottled water and washing machine. Panos is lovely and friendly. Please note, don't leave the key in the lock inside upon checkout. The door will lock and Panos won't be able to get in. Sorry Panos! Disliked: Nothing.

We loved our stay at Nausica Cottage! The view from both balconies is stunning and the location has lovely beaches nearby. The bed was super comfy and the little welcome touches for our arrival were much appreciated. We adored having the friendly cats and kittens just outside - they were so cute and playful. Please do feed them if you are staying as it didn’t seem like the locals were and the winter months can be tough. It is quite a steep walk down to the house so not sure if it would be suitable for all ages, and the kitchen could do with an oven. The rainfall shower head also didn’t work (although this didn’t bother us as we could use the handheld shower head fine). We had a late flight and Max offered us late check out free of charge which we were really grateful for! We would definitely stay again during our next visit to Corfu. :)

We had such a lovely stay! The house was super cozy and made us feel right at home. The village was really charming, and we loved exploring it with little walks. The view from the bedroom balcony or the lovely terrace was just beautiful. Max and Hans were so easy to communicate with and made everything simple for us. We’d love to come back again!

Maximillion was a good host, made sure we could find the villa OK and introduced us to local restaurants/activities. Plenty of spaces in the Villa to spend time enjoying the view.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison. Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu finden, wenn man sich vom Navi irreführen lässt. Ansonsten ist sie gut gelegen. In den Nachbarorten hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele weitere Restaurants und vielzählige Strandzugänge. Die Unterkunft ist eher ungünstig gelegen, wenn man auch den südlichen Teil der Insel erkunden möchte, da die Fahrtzeit doch recht lang wird. In dem Fall empfiehlt es sich ggf. eine zweite Unterkunft im Süden zu buchen. Nichtsdestotrotz- der Ausblick über sie Agni-Bucht ist einfach traumhaft. Von der Ausstattung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass sich Kleinigkeiten zubereiten lassen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen!

White Jasmine is a really pretty house on the side of a mountain, in a picturesque village, lots of great views. The house was very nicely decorated and well equipped in the kitchen. It looks exactly like in the pictures, although we couldn’t see that the outside terrace has a very steep drop and a low ledge/no barriers/fence, so a bit unsafe with small children. We solved by rearranging the flower pots, much help from the owner living next door. We were 2 families with 2 small children so the house layout was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 downstairs, bathrooms on both floors. The walls are a bit thin, so top floor sleepers could hear noise from downstairs. Lots of friendly cats on the premises, sometimes also in the house :) We had some communication issues during our stay (2 weeks) but that didn’t set the mood (no extra sheets/toilet paper during that time & we asked). But good sights tips from host In total, we were happy &recommend! Good distance from Kerkira.

O alojamento estava totalmente equipado com tudo o precisámos. A host é muito simpática e deu-nos excelentes recomendações de locais a visitar e quando a melhor altura para o fazer. Para quem quer visitar a parte oeste da ilha, Kissamos será a melhor localização.

Très belle maison avec une belle décoration et un jardin au top ainsi qu’une belle cuisine équipée . Situé dans un village authentique grecque. Loin des touristes de masse. En voiture on est vite côté est, ouest ou nord de l’île. Disliked: Les coussins des chaises longues très abîmé (sûrement on attend la fin de la saison pour les changer). La douche au rez-de-chaussée qui ne sent pas très bon et impossible d’utiliser le pommeau de la douche le mitigeur est défectueux . Gel douche et shampoing séparer aurait été un plus car le parfum est plutôt masculin.Quelques ampoules défectueuses dans les luminaires. Salle de bain inondé à l’étage avec fenêtres fermées quand il pleut. Pour le prix de la nuitée ont s’attendaient que les draps soient changés après une semaine.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Unterkunft in Ruhelage, aber alles fussläufig erreichbar. Unterkunft war mit allem versehen, was auf Reisen so gebraucht wird. Tolle grosszügige Terrasse, Disliked: Der Wohnraum ist klein geraten.

Good sized kitchen/living area with balcony with great view. Bedrooms downstairs a little small maybe but with windows. Very nice, private ground floor terrace with plunge pool and two sun beds plus table. Disliked: Property is up a steep slope which is accessed by doing a u-turn across a busy road, albeit with traffic lights. We and the host couldn’t get the tv to work but that wasn’t too much of a sacrifice.

Amazing views of Agni bay below, really nice space, comfy bed, really clean, and such a relaxing peaceful balcony. There is also a lovely seating area for meals / drinks with an umbrella for shade. The walk down to the bay is very steep and varied terrain so not suitable for young children/prams. But it was perfect for us, a good 10 minute walk down to the beach, quiet with great restaurant options and sunbeds/umbrellas to book for the day. We loved our stay, felt like a quiet oasis overlooking the bay and Albania’s coastline! Would recommend!

Auch wenn wir zuerst bedenken hatten wegen der Abgelegenheit des Dorfes sind wir sehr froh, haben wir das White Jasmine Cottage gebucht. Das Dorfleben ist intakt und man findet schnell Kontakt zu den Leuten, auch wenn man kein Griechisch spricht. Sogar ein Dorffest konnten wir miterleben, was uns besonders gefiel.

Very beautiful spot looking over Agni Bay. The cottage had everything we needed, towels, cutlery and cooking essentials. It was close to lots of little beautiful bays and restaurants; I’d definitely recommend a car. The only downside is we couldn’t get the shower to work, we did message to host but they didn’t get back to us. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική το σπίτι υπέροχο! Λάτρεψα κάθε γωνιά του σπιτιού στο εσωτερικό, προσεγμένη διακόσμηση εναρμονισμένη με την Κέρκυρα και το φυσικό περιβάλλον! Γαλήνια και ήρεμα με θέα που βλέπεις τη φύση αλλά μέχρι και τη θάλασσα το παλιό φρούριο! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψω ξανά εδώ!

Heerlijk plekje! Heel privé wat heel fijn is. Prachtig uitzicht, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een wasmachine. Fijne plekken om te zitten (zowel buiten als binnen) en mooie slaapkamers. Wifi werkt erg goed. Enkel de badkamers zijn een minpuntje. Beide zijn klein en onhandig (weinig plek). Douches stromen ook snel over waardoor de badmat snel doorweekt is. Voor de rest geen minpunten! Beneden aan de baai kan je een bootje huren om zelf te gaan varen en heb je ook een lekker restaurant (Nikolas) waar je wel best reserveerd. Max was heel erg behulpzaam en makkijk bereikbaar!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Maximilian. Das Haus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Sorgfalt renoviert und man fühlt sich sofort wohl und spürt das Flair der vergangenen Tage, das dieses Haus erzählt. Schon die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick übers Land bis hin zum Meer ist eine Oase. Kleine Terrassen und Balkone direkt am Haus bieten überall Sitzgelegenheiten, Schatten und zu jeder Tageszeit einen kleinen Ort zum Genießen. Alles ist sauber, es fehlt an nichts und Maximilian ist überaus hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar und super flexibel. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande eines kleinen Ortes mit entzückenden griechischen Nachbarn, man wird sofort willkommen geheißen und entschleunigt. Vielen vielen Dank für alles Max, bis bald!

The villa is lovely and in a beautiful setting. It is not entirely secluded but it is peaceful. I stayed with my tween son and we had a lovely time. Loved the views from the balcony and outdoor seating area. Truly a beautiful spot and for the most part the rustic feel is what makes it special. Max was lovely and helpful. Kitchen was good enough, not great… The pool is fun and perfect for cooling off in and playing. It’s a relaxing place and feels very private. My complaint would be the showers. The bathrooms are extremely old and the drainage bad. It’s a shame because it would be easy to update them. Overall, without having to fully modernise the villa (and therefore ruin the character) the villa needs some love and care and basic upkeep and until then that should be reflected in the price. Have to mention too that I wanted to do yoga on the top balcony and cleaned the floor and it was filthy. Still, truly a special spot for sure and even lovelier off peak I imagine.

Cette maison est un lieu propice à la détente. L’accueil, même tardif à cause d’un retard d’avion , est super. La maison est dans un bel environnement, confort, piscine avec vue superbe de toutes les terrasses, plages à 10 minutes à pied. De quoi passer un bon séjour à Corfou. Voiture indispensable pour visiter et se ravitailler. Maximillien est un un vrai hôte qui accueille avec chaleur et donne des recommandations utiles à proximité.

The apartment is very nice. It is furnished well, has everything you need and is clean and spacious. The outside space is lovely with great views of the countryside. Max was easily reachable and always on hand for advice and sorted out any problems very quickly. The location is just half an hour from Corfu town and you are well positioned for exploring the coasts to the east, west and north. We also drive down to the south coast one day which took an hour and a half. Ano Korakiana is a traditional hill village and there were quite a few parades and celebrations going on during our stay so that was infesting to see. Thanks for a great stay Max

White Jasmine Cottage is such a gem. Easily accessible from the airport and a car meant we could explore a different beach every day. The West side of the island has sandy beaches while the East, stony but just as beautiful, if not more so. Our favourite - Kalami, the home of The Durrells. Not as busy as some and with clear as crystal water, a jetty to dive off, a beach bar and shops behind the beach, perfect for everyone to enjoy. The cottage itself is a little haven to return to at the end of the day with a well equipped kitchen and lots of space for the whole family to relax. The decor is modern with a rustic twist and is exactly like the photos. The green sofa - loved it, along with the large Jacuzzi bath. The garden terrace is a real treat with beautiful greenery and flowers to add shade and protection and views out to the sea. Max is super helpful with suggestions and responded quickly to any questions we asked and made us feel so welcome.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Das Haus war sehr toll und auch der Pool immer wieder für eine Abkühlung zu gebrauchen. Alles war wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Umgebung und die Weitsicht ist atemberaubend. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Hans war immer erreichbar und konnten uns weiterhelfen.

La casa è molto curata nei minimi dettagli ed è dotata di ogni comfort, l'aria condizionata e il wifi funzionano perfettamente e nel bagno c'è una doccia molto spaziosa e dotata di box (cosa non scontata in Grecia), ma soprattutto quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la disponibilità di Marili durante tutto il soggiorno, i preziosi consigli che ci ha dato sui locali e i ristoranti della zona e la calorosa accoglienza con cui ci ha accolto all'arrivo, facendoci trovare acqua, frutta, prodotti per la colazione e dei deliziosi dolcetti tipici del luogo. It is beautiful and perfect for a couple, the location is fantastic and the view is breathtaking! The house manager and owner Hans, is so welcoming and so very helpful- nothing was too much trouble. They supported with all transport and gave fantastic recommendations around Kalami and Agnis beach! Disliked: The main shower didn’t work properly, so we had to use the hand shower which meant that the bathroom floor got quite wet.

This is a wonderfully presented house in a genuine Corfiot village. Incredible views and extremely peaceful .. what more could you want

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Maximilian. Tout était très propre et agréable . La maison est décorée avec goût mais surtout la cuisine est très bien équipée . La vue est extraordinaire. A noter l’accès très pentu peut être difficile pour des personnes n’ayant pas une bonne mobilité ou une bonne capacité physique mais à nous cela ne nous a pas gêné. Je reviendrai chez Maximilian avec Grand plaisir

A beautiful villa with stunning outdoor areas and pool. Views to die for and beach walking distance - more challenging walk back! Great tip from Max to walk along from Agni to next beach - empty in the mornings and lovely snorkelling too. We hired a boat from Agni and enjoyed visiting different bays. Kerasia was lovely too. Thanks Max for all your tips and kindness.

La camera è situata in una casa autonoma con un bel giardino, fruibile in condivisione con gli inquilini degli altri appartamenti. Nella veranda davanti alla porta di casa abbiamo potuto fare colazione e cenare all'aperto in modo molto piacevole. L'appartamento è fornito di tutti gli strumenti necessari per poter cucinare in autonomia e per lavare i panni con la lavatrice. La proprietaria (che abita di fronte con la sua famiglia) è venuta ad accoglierci all'arrivo ed è stata molto gentile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie; inoltre, è rimasta costantemente in contatto con noi per supportarci durante il nostro soggiorno. Se avete in programma di visitare le spiagge più famose di Creta, come Balos, Elafonissi e Falasarna, la posizione è ottima. Piccola nota di colore: la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare dei dolci tipici fatti in casa - credo che si chiamino kalitsounia - con cui abbiamo fatto delle ottime colazioni! Disliked: L'appartamento, benché fornito di tutti i confort, è piuttosto piccolo.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Marili e famiglia, con tante informazioni sui luoghi da visitare, ristoranti, ecc. In particolare con quanto ci ha messo a disposizione Marili abbiamo fatto colazione tutte le mattine nel nostro soggiorno di 6 notti a luglio 2024. L'appartamentino era un po' angusto ma super accessoriato, dotato anche di una bella veranda attrezzata con tavolino che dà su un bellissimo giardino. La posizione è leggermente defilata rispetto al centro paese ma comunque tutti i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi. Disliked: Nulla di particolare

Everything, the view was stunning. Hosts were so accommodating and lovely. Disliked: A lot of stairs and hard to get to so not good for an elderly or someone who has trouble walking. Also, needs air-cons in every room as it was boiling, even at night.

Proprietari molto simpatici, casa bellissima e dotata di tutti gli strumenti necessari. Ci siamo trovate molto bene, lo consigliamo. Disliked: La strada per arrivarci è un po’ stretta ma alla fine a Corfù sono tutte così.

A beautiful location and fabulous pool. Kitchen very well equipped. Garden and outdoor area very nicely furnished. A lovely place. Max is a really excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his Father, Hans.

Such a beautiful home in the mountains of Corfu. It has the feel of a cottage and the town is very quaint and picturesque. Cafe and small shop nearby but car definitely needed to get around. One of the bedrooms (downstairs one) and living room did not have air conditioning but kitchen and rest of bedrooms did. Pictures do not do it justice and the beds were very comfortable. Just a note: Be aware that the streets around the house are very narrow with sharp corners so more experienced drivers are suggested! And suggest to use Waze rather than google maps getting around as GM thinks one of the roads leading to the house is one way and takes you on a detour down a pedestrian road which led to us scratching our rental. Overall definitely worth the stay and the hosts were extremely responsive!!

We had a magical stay at Nausica Cottage. The views from the windows and balconies are breathtaking and the lower balcony has comfortable outside seating and an umbrella to lounge around on and escape the sunshine. A 10-15 minute walk down to Agni Beach which is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and eating. I do think it’s very important that you have a car to get the most out of this place and get supplies in, we went to Kamali for groceries and also ate at The White House. The cottage has all amenities and lots of feline visitors :) Max was a great host and we really appreciated him waiting up for us after a very long day in the airport after our flight was cancelled. He was so kind and even gave us ice cream to welcome us on the final bit of our journey to the house! Thank you so much, would love to visit again one day.

Nausica Cottage was a dream - the views, location and overall experience was so special. Short walk to the picturesque Agni Bay, with traditional tavernas and friendly people, renting a boat for the day to explore the North-East coastline is a must! Checking in was smooth and Max and co. were all really helpful and friendly. The Airbnb itself is fully equipped, with a great outdoor area for dining and taking in the beautiful views. The space is homely with high ceilings and simple traditional interior, we needed nothing more. We really had the best time and can't wait to come back! Thanks Max

We loved staying at Max's place, Blue Jasmine. The house was just like the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The town itself is pretty quiet but it is also centrally located with easy access to the rest of the island. Max is really nice and was always easy to reach. We would happily stay again!

Max is a great host, really good man, helpful, understanding and took care of us incredibly good. the villa is lovely,sea view,old style house well maintained and decorated. close to a private beach with a couple restaurants. we would go back there every year! thanks max for all your help

Hele fijne eigenaar, die enorm snel reageerde! Huis was keurig en schoon. Enorm uitgebreide keuken met een wasmachine! Woning bevindt zich in een rustig dorpje; wij hielden er van! Misschien wel lastig voor de mensen die slecht ter been zijn om door het dorp te wandelen ivm hellingen. Heel erg bedankt voor alles!

Absolutely loved our stay in Corfu! The views were stunning from both balcony’s and the location was perfect with excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend hiring a car to explore the area more easily. Max was super friendly as well and really felt welcoming when we arrived. We had an unforgettable experience and would definitely come back!

Das Haus ist idyllisch und hat einen romatischen Flair. Es sind einige Stufen zu bewältigen bis man zu dem Grundstück gelangt aber der Weg lohnt sich. Unser Gastgeber Max war immer für uns da und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Herausforderungen, auch über die Unterkunft hinaus, großartig unterstützt. Sehr symphathisch und hilfsbereit. Sehr kleines Cottage Zunächst muss man sagen, dass Max sich anfangs bemüht hat. Leider sind keine Taten auf seine Worte und Versprechungen erfolgt. Zum Schluss hat er noch gesagt, dass er uns eine Nacht als Entschädigung erstattet. Auch das hat er nicht eingehalten. Es gab wirklich einiges zu bemängeln: Saubere Handtücher bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage. Der Abfluss im Bad und die Dusche haben nur unzureichend funktioniert. Und das Internet bzw. das W-LAN waren überhaupt nicht gut. Wir haben Max alles berichtet. Er versprach sich zu kümmern. Bis zur unserer Abreise ist leider nichts passiert. Aussicht ist schön, wenn man Baulärm erträgt. Alles in allem leider zu viel Geld für die Unterkunft.

Großzügige Ausstattung an Gebrauchsartikeln, wie Shampoo, Toilettenpapier, Küchenutensilien. Tolle Terrasse, absolut ruhig, sicher, ungestört. Disliked: Bretter anstatt Lattenrost plus harte Matratze ergaben keinen erholsamen Schlaf.

Excellent stay, wonderful host and destination, I would say in one of the most secluded parts of the island. Walking distance, I recommend eating at Agni and beaching at Yalishtary (there is a shortcut from Agni). With a car, go around and you will see ;) We really had a great rest and we highly appreciate your hospitality Max, Hans, thank you! Till next in Corfu :)

Beautiful house which was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you would need especially the kitchen.The bed was very comfortable as there was only the two of us we only used one bedroom.Please be aware that there is only one smallish bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs so really the house in our opinion is suitable for maximum four adults as the shower is quite compact although efficient and there is always plenty of hot water.The outside area and the terraces are lovely and the garden full of lovely plants and flowers.The sun shines in the garden all day until about 6’ o’clock and the views are absolutely beautiful.The village is very quiet but be aware there are only two very small shops and everything is quite basic and simple but the locals are very friendly and welcoming.The location is very central to see the north of Corfu and Corfu town.There is a bit of a drive to restaurants but we can recommend Taverna Panorama and Pomelo .We will be back.

We had the most magical week in Corfu at Nausica house. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need, with the most incredible views! You are a short walk down to Agni bay and the lovely tavernas there, Taverna Agni was our favourite, and there are several other bays which you can walk too via the beautiful cliff paths. If you want to venture further afield to San Stefano, the best and most scenic way is by boat and Max helped us arrange everything. The house is a little bit of a steep (!) climb when you are heading home by foot, and the cliff paths aren’t really toddler friendly so something to bear in mind. A car may be better in these circumstances. Max was so helpful before our arrival and great host during our stay, on hand to help with anything we needed. He also left some delicious fruit and essentials in the fridge for our arrival which was lovely. Thank you so much again and we had an amazing time and hope to come back soon. Lucy and Clare x

It was an excellent stay in the beautiful Ano Korakiana village. Close to everything in Corfu both in east and wast of the island . Max was great in assisting us with everything we needed.

Beautiful home in the middle of a Greek village quiet and amazing

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft von Max verbracht mit zwei Kleinkindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten toll entspannen und das Dorf zu Fuß erkunden. Max hatte viele Empfehlungen für die Insel, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sympathisch. Zudem gab es noch eine volle Kleinkind-Ausstattung vom Lätzchen bis zum Babybett. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Hat uns wirklich gefallen. Die Kommunikation und die Unterkunft einfach gut. Besonders der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer/Berge/Wald war einfach ein Traum. Ein Auto ist jedoch definitiv erforderlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Bei unserem deutschsprachigen Gastgeber fühlten wir uns immer in guten Händen. Das Haus hat eine schöne, große überdachte Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick und verfügt über bequeme Sitzmöbel und Liegen. Der Mückenschutz an Fenstern und Türen ist sehr wirkungsvoll. Alles in allem ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Disliked: Die Matratzen waren uns zu hart.

Ein wirklich wunderschön renoviertes traditionelles Haus mit super Ausstattung und liebevollen Details. Die Aussicht in den Bergen ist toll, vor allem morgens im schönen Garten. Max ist ein super Host, der uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat und sich Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a great place to explore the North and North East of Corfu and of course the immediate wonderful surrounding beaches. The views from the upper terrace lounge are magnificent. The outside BBQ station and the outdoor covered dinner table were our most favourite places to spend time coming home after our hiking and beach trips. Thanks for everything!

We had such a lovely stay at this house we loved the bath tub and beautiful kitchen with coffee maker and espresso machine ! Our kids loved the cozy room upstairs , everything was so nice we ended up adventuring all over the island during the day and coming back here to cook everything night and rest up it was perfect. We needed a fan in our room to sleep and the host was so nice he came and dropped one right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Max's place was perfect. It is a beautifully cute little house but still has everything you need. It's super easy to drive to and then you can walk to all the beaches you need. It has stunning views from both balconies. The kitchen new and had all we needed. The house is bigger than it appears and there was plenty of room (even for a 2m tall guy). Max was really communicative and gave loads of great tip and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla ma centrale di Kissamos, ottima per raggiungere le spiagge principali della costa ovest di Creta (Falassarna, Elafonissi, Balos). Al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte da Marili e sua mamma, host amorevoli e sempre disponibili; ci hanno dato diversi consigli per rendere migliore la nostra permanenza. Siamo state coccolate durante tutto il soggiorno e ogni giorno ci sono stati offerti dolcetti tipici e frutta fresca. La mamma di Marili è una persona accogliente e a cui piace prendersi cura degli ospiti, sempre in maniera molto rispettosa e non invadente. La colazione non è inclusa, ma vengono fornite fette biscottate, burro e marmellate. Ci è stato inoltre riservato un posto auto privato e coperto dove poter lasciare la nostra macchina. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma dotato di ogni comfort. Pulitissimo, curato e molto accessoriato. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Bellissima anche la veranda davanti alla casa dove era possibile stendere e cenare. Ritorneremo sicuramente, soprattutto per l'ospitalità ricevuta, era come sentirsi a casa! Disliked: Nulla

Just as described! Gorgeous location. Just up a hill from Agni Bay, which has a beautiful small pebble beach (bring water shoes) with 4 restaurants. We loved the beach & restaurants. The cottage is the perfect size for 2 people. All was clean and tidy. Bed comfy, water pressure and temp were great. Lots of steps and the walk back up the hill is steep in spots. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the Harmony House, Marili and her mother were very nice. Her mom welcomed us, gave us the keys and some welcoming cakes 🧁, she provided us with so many tips (restaurants, places to check). Marili checked always if we need anything and was always available to answer any question we had. On the last day we met Maria who gave us also a very delicious cake in the morning. I would say all in all the stay was just perfect.

Max und Hans haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir noch was benötigen und waren auch immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft an sich war super und hat uns die kompletten zwei Wochen sehr viel Freude bereitet. Absolut kinderfreundlich und für Familien zu empfehlen. Disliked: Es gab nicht zu beanstanden.

La casa è stupenda, immersa in un giardino e completo di tutti i servizi. Posizione ottima per spostarsi verso le spiagge più turistiche nella parte ovest. Great cottage with amazing views over the island. Felt right at home with all the amenities you would need. Stayed as a family of 5 and there was sufficient room for everyone. There is parking in the area, but you need to be good on foot to walk to the property.

Marilì è stata gentilissima nelle spiegazioni e ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Un grazie speciale alla mamma di Marilì ed ai suoi Kalitsounia! Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!

Max’s place was in a beautiful location with Mountain views and within walking distance to a village with a cafe and bakery. Check-in was easy and Max sent us local recommendations. He also left water bottles, fruit, and a bottle of local wine for us! The place’s wrap around balcony was perfect for sitting in the morning. However, one major hiccup was the lack of good AC. It’s only in the living room, but it’s not powerful. The bedrooms were so hot every night with zero air flow. We barely slept until Max was kind enough to leave us two portable fans. Even then, it was not ideal. If you’re okay with heat, it’s fine, but if you’re used to AC, it’s something to note.

Beautiful, spacious house with gorgeous terrace with distant views to Corfu town. Well equipped, lots of books, perfect in every way. Easy parking a few minutes walk away. Quiet little village so a car is a must.

Really easy check in, spotlessly clean rooms and an absolutely beautiful view - we would love to stay here again (next time for longer).

Villa Agni is a lovely peaceful place situated on the hill above Agni Bay. It has amazing views of the bay itself and the Albanian coastline to the East. It's a short, but steep walk down to the hill to the beach, where there are three lovely restaurants, a great boat hire place and a short walk along the coastline to a quieter bay, great for snorkelling and rock jumping. The villa itself gets the important things right: the pool is super clean and attended twice a week, the beds are very comfortable, there is air conditioning on 2 of the 3 sleeping floors, a huge fridge freezer, and Starlink Wifi, which was pretty reliable for streaming etc. The ambiance of the place could be best described as 'shabby chic', although perhaps could do with a bit of love, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, where the inventory was a bit limited and there was a need for regular maintenance. Overall however we had a really great, relaxing week at Villa Agni and would definitely recommend it to others.

The house is truly dreamy and the view from the terrace and balcony is priceless! Despite high season the corner is super quiet and you can reach a super nice and clean small pebble cove and very nice restaurants on the water within walking distance. Max the host is really super nice and helpful and provides you with many tips and recommendations. Disliked: You should definitely have a car for shopping etc. on site as the ascent to the house is quite steep

The location is fantastic. It is very central and easy to navigate to all of Corfu. The views are spectacular and it is very quiet and peaceful.

A tranquil place, great amenities (particularly the kitchen), but you will need a car and you will have to be good on foot to get from the car park to the the property (ca. 100m slightly uphill). We stayed as a family of 5 with 3 children under the age of 12 and enjoyed every moment. The view is magical over the Mediterranean and you can see Corfu City from the terrace. We would return in the future. Max is a great host who is very responsive and will be on hand for any queries or local recommendations. If you want to stay in an authentic village with great views this is the place to be.

Fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien op een perfecte locatie. Marili en haar ouders zijn zeer gastvrij en zorgen er voor dat je je direct thuis voelt. We kregen regelmatig zelfgemaakte lekkernijen of fruit uit de tuin, zeer vriendelijk. Marili heeft ons voorzien van leuke tips qua restaurantjes en activiteiten in de directe omgeving. Disliked: -

We stayed at Villa Agni for 7 nights and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer! A beautiful, old, stylish house with breath taking views over Agni Bay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Things to know… - There is a path/track down to the local bay (Agni) which takes 5/10 mins to walk but it is a steep hill all the way. It’s manageable but very steep. - There are no shops/markets in Agni bay so you will need a car to get around. - There are 3 restaurants and 1 cafe in the bay - all recommendable. - The house is air conditioned but this is not located in the bedrooms Max was very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations of the island.

Very beautiful and charming new apartment Disliked: I would have preferred the shower to the bathtub. I suggest enriching the kitchen cookware and providing some coffee pods.

This is one of those special places. Easy just to stay there all day and hang by the lovely pool. Also comes with a beautiful view over Agni Bay, which is an easy walk to get to. (Though if someone in your group doesn’t mind driving down, then having a car for the uphill return after Agni Bay is even better.) You’ve made a great choice if you stay here. Also, Max is a great host, super helpful.

Great equipped house with super location in the mountain village from which the island can be explored well. Short distances by car to the beach. Warm landlords who are very friendly and in a good mood and like to give a few regional tips.

Pretty house tucked away in the upper part of the village. Tasteful and stylish furnishing and decor that feel homey. The downstairs is very spacious, so it never felt crowded with 6 people around. Lovely terrace to hang out outside. Speedy internet for all our needs, good working air condition in the very hot summer.

Amazing stay! We couldn’t be more happier. The location, the view and apartment itself - all perfect! Maximilian has shared clear proactive instructions how to get to the place by car. You will need car to get tot eh beaches or shops/restaurants. The view is spectacular. During our stay we had some issues with hot water, but Maximilian was super responsive and helpful. All communications were clear and friendly. Many thanks for our wonderful stay in Corfu!

esta en un pueblecito muy tranquilo.Pero esta muy bien situado para ir en 30 min a las mejores playas y tb a la ciudad y en 15 min tienes muchos restaurante y supermercados. hay algunos aspectos a mejorar como la ventana del baño,no tiene privacidad, con una cortina estará mejor😀. y que no hay microondas ( lo avisa en la descripción, pero eataria genial tenerlo) . El anfitrion genial, muy atentos y siempre dispuesto a que la estancia fuera muy agradable. definitivamente muy recomendable

Amazing views from a beautifully decorated house, the terrace was incredible. Max was very welcoming and was always available during the week if we ever needed anything. One of the best places we have ever stayed and would certainly go back!

Corfu was beautiful to get to explore, and the East Coast of the island where this villa is located is quiet and less tourist-y than the south. The views from the house are beautiful. My friends and I had a wonderful time here! Max was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay; the house was bright, clean, and spacious; and the location was very charming and picturesque. It’s probably best to rent a car but we managed just fine without one.

Thanks Max for a beautiful stay. The instructions were very helpful to locate and we were shown around the around the property. Max also provided recommendations on where to visit. The property itself is beautiful, you need to drive to be able to get to it and there isn’t too much in walking distance. It is a big place for five or more people with amble space! The air con unit is also appreciated in the hot weather. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and the coffee machine was really appreciated. We were also thankful to find the washer machine which is great after beach trips. Thank you for a great stay in Corfu.

We had a magical stay in Corfu and at Max’s place. The view from the apartment is breathtaking which made every breakfast / lunch / dinner a magical experience. The apartment is located in a really central location that makes it the perfect to use as a base to explore the island. The house is decorated and stocked to a really high standard that makes it feel more like somebody’s home than a holiday apartment with the bare minimum. It’s worth noting that the apartment is based in a village that isn’t really within walking distance of anywhere so a car is essential. Max was super easy to deal with as a host and recommended many good beaches, tavernas and restaurants.

Nausica House es una maravilla. La casa en si, la tranquilidad que se respira, las vistas desde la terraza y el balcón, ... Con las reformas que han hecho en la terraza, la cocina y el baño (aún no están en las fotos que se ven en el anuncio) es todo aún mejor. Max está siempre pendiente, nos resolvió un pequeño problema que hubo con el agua en toda la isla y nos avisó de un corte de carreteras para que no nos quedáramos sin poder usar el coche. Incluso me prestó su oficina para que pudiera hacer un Zoom del trabajo en silencio y con toda la tranquilidad. Seguro que volveremos.

Wir waren zu 4. im Korakiana Cottage und es war großartig! Die Unterkunft ist total gemütlich und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war unser Highlight. Der Gastgeber ist super aufmerksam, freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Check in und Check out waren sehr flexibel und wir konnten noch etwas länger in der Unterkunft verweilen. Unsre Reise nach Korfu war wunderbar und wir würden immer wiederkommen! Thank you so much for our stay Max - the place is beautiful and exactly as described. Lots of relaxing spaces in the house to wind down - verandas, poolside, outdoor seating. The area itself is very scenic and the views are great but not a huge amount to do nearby so you will have to be prepared to drive for about 40 minutes to get anywhere interesting like a spacious beach. The tavernas nearby were very geared at tourists and were expensive with not much choice. But overall a great getaway location. Max has been a very responsive and proactive host who responds to any requests very quickly. Someone met us at the house despite us arriving very late and they showed us around and explained how everything works. We felt very taken care of - thank you!

In jedem Zimmer stand bei unserer Ankunft ein Blumensträußchen. Eine große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne lädt zum wohnen im Freien ein. Durch die gastfreundliche und so hilfsbereite Art von Hans und Max fühlten wir uns willkommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Euch!! Viele Restaurantempfehlungen und Ausflugstips haben wir ausprobiert. Die Natur der Insel ist einfach traumhaft! Empfehlung: Im Dorf gib es einen Bäcker, welcher richtig gut bäckt.

Our stay at Korakiana Cottage was like a dream. We wanted the authentic experience and we got just what we were looking for: a home with character (we loved the way the smell of the fireplace brought back vacation memories from childhood) that we could make our own, in a real Greek village. Here, the pleasures of inside and outside living blend together. We had all our meals on the terrace, enjoying the view, fragrant air, warm tile underfoot, and visits from friendly neighborhood cats (especially Dapples, as we named one especially sweet little kitty). The cottage is located is up a long and twisty one-lane road. We used this as an incentive to stay put, and let time slow down instead of racing around. We explored a lot on foot, and made it a point to be neighborly by getting coffee every morning at the little store in the village. If you need a reminder of how good life can be when you slow down, Korakiana Cottage is the place you are looking for.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in der schönen Villa verbracht. Die Aufteilung war perfekt dafür. Die Gegend ist ruhig, das Haus hübsch eingerichtet und der Garten ist ein Traum mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss erreicht man die schöne Bucht mit drei Restaurants wo man richtig gut essen kann. Hans und Max haben uns immer sofort geantwortet, Tipps gegeben und der Check-in war super einfach. Les étoiles sont dans le ciel de Corfu et dans la maison de Max et Hans. Le soucis du détail, tout est a sa place, la pièce de vie est incroyablement lumineuse avec une vue sur Corfu a couper le souffle. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. 3 jours ressourçant, dans un village authentique. Une grande disponibilité. On reviendra très bientôt!

The location in a small mountain village, the very friendly and smooth welcome by Hans. Parking in front of the door. Insane peace, magnificent view. Disliked: Inside the house it was a bit 'clammy' due to the basement location of one bedroom and the damp weather. But might be different in summer or hot months.

The view from the terrace is beautiful, well-equipped apartment. The owner is wonderful and helpful Disliked: It was very cold in the cottage but we got an extra heater😊

We absolutely loved this villa - it was honestly incredible and we had such a wonderful time there. It was just 2 of us staying there and we spent the majority of our 5 days just chilling out, sunbathing, swimming, cooking - it was dreamy! I would definitely flag to future guests that the mosquitos are prominent! Definitely bring or buy bug spray beforehand). Max is a wonderful host and I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough!

The cottage is in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled parts of the island. Minutes north of Agni Bay beach on foot, there are gorgeous flat rocks to sun yourself on in between dips in the sea. Max and Hans were very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other things to see on the island. The bed is very comfortable. Upstairs has lovely high ceilings and a gorgeous view. This cottage may not be the best fit for people who plan to cook a lot on their vacation, are extremely tall, have a hard time with stairs, or dislike surprise visits from cats or chickens. :)

This was a lovely stay! The view is stunning and the location is great for a short walk to the beach. We loved the village cats that came to greet us in the morning and even a rooster would come to say hi! We did not want to leave, so we would love to come back one day :)

Max is an excellent host and cannot be faulted. The property is 'Shabby Chic' Chic upstairs but disappointing downstairs. Another guest has mentioned the tiny showroom with antiquated fittings and the minimum kitchen fittings and equipment. They are both small spaces but a modern re design would help. At this price point one would expect better . The view is spectacular but at a price. The cottage is 350/400 feet above the sea a steep and tough walk back up and we are keen walkers who walk 7 miles every day. Katerinas car hire in Nisaki were great and good value. It's worth noting that taxis and car hire want cash. Agni is a great little place with a lot going on and some lovely walks in the area. We walked to Kassiopi from the cottage as well as coastal walks.

This beautiful home was such a treat to stay at. The views from the outdoor patio are incredible all times of day and the garden is lovely. The interior is also gorgeous, we love the way it is decorated with unique pieces and art. It is such a nice flowing space inside and we felt very at home there. Personally I loved the bathtub with the wide open window that looks out to the gorgeous view! The hosts of this home are very welcoming and kind, we felt like friends by the time we left. We would love to stay again in the future :)

Villa Agni is an amazing place, a beautiful old house in top location with great views of Agni Bay and over to the Albanian mountains. Garden and private pool are not overlooked. Service and information is easy with Max. Thanks a Mill!

Great villa set in the peaceful hills. Not to far to Ipsos, although you need a car. Max and his family were very helpful when we needed to extend our stay and go home overland rather than fly. Highly recommended.

Agni Villa is just lovely, you’ll be lucky to stay there!!

Beautiful home in a charming, quiet village. I would recommend packing shoes you can walk in and renting a small car — the roads are very narrow and sometimes steep. Max & Hans were very attentive and gave local recommendations during our stay.

The most inspiring view from any property we've ever stayed in before. Lovely terraces from which to enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. If you don't have a car, be aware that the house is on top of a very steep hill and there is no shop in Agni Bay. We ended up walking to SuperMario supermarket in Kalami and Mario was helpful in getting us a taxi home as they are pretty hard to come by. The three tavernas and one bar in Agni Bay serve great food and drink. You can also hire a boat from there, well worth the 80 Euros for a whole day as you can travel up to the North of the island.

We loved our stay in the cottage which was peaceful and charmingly decorated. A car is an essential to explore and obtain food. Having the two cottages together would be ideal for friends or family. We were just a couple and so only used the downstairs bedroom and not the two smaller upstairs.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. We felt it was totally worth it. Due to the secluded positioning of the villa you will have a lot of privacy (also outside). The views you get from the balcony are also amazing. It was a nice and romantic experience to cook something for ourselves and have dinner on the balcony. We could definitely get some rest from all the stress from home. The villa was clean, Communication with max was great. Miranda, who lives nearby and helps keeping it clean, was also very friendly. We see only 2 points of improvement: - shower handles could not be fixed on the wall. - There was this high pitched noise from the boiler. This can be turned off by shutting off the boiler in the breaker-box. Overall a very good, very high quality location.

What a beautiful villa. We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is perched on the hillside above Agni Bay and a short walk through the olive trees from the villa will take you to the bay. There are lots of steps but no problem if you are fit.The local people are very friendly. The villa has everything you need and as it is on three levels there is plenty of room to chill. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip once you need to cool down. The local supermarket is a short drive away in Kalami and stocks sufficient supplies for breakfast and lunches. There is lots to explore in this beautiful part of the island. We hired a car which is probably essential. Max met us at the beginning of the holiday and was very good at communicating throughout.

La partie Nord Est de Corfou est très belle : baie d'Agni magnifique, belle petite plage de galets, venir très tôt pour avoir un transat . Quelques autres plages de galets non aménagées et plus grandes à 20-30 minutes en voiture d'Agni. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Max. Miranda nous a accueilli mais ne parle pas anglais. En août le parking en haut est parfois complet. Au premier étage, la décoration du cottage est très belle, la chambre et le lit très confortables. Mais le bas mériterait une rénovation : salle de bain propre mais datée, dans la cuisine un mini four avec 2 plaques électriques mais pas de plat prévu pour le four. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse car il faudrait élaguer la végétation (au rez de chaussée la vue est cachée par la végétation et sur la balcon du haut il y a des guêpes et aucun parasol prévu). Seul le soir nous avons pu profiter du balcon au 1er étage. Coupure d'eau une après-midi jusqu'au soir, Max nous a dit que c'était un problème de la municipalité...Grand soulagement quand le soir la coupure d'eau était terminée. Nous avons trouvé le logement cher par rapport aux prestations 184€ la nuit en août.

The villa has absolutely stunning views and is in a beautiful location. The villa was very clean and well equipped with lovely rooms and various places to enjoy the view. Max was a brilliant and very helpful host giving us lots of great tips on places to visit, eat and explore in the local area and around Corfu. Agni Bay was definitely one of our favourite places!

Loved staying here, one of our favourite Airbnb experiences,! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment was spotless and had a very unique lay out. Signal was spotty however if you connect to the Wifi, you shouldn't have any issues. In terms of location, Agni beach is about a 10 minute walk, which we typically visited for dinner, as others mentioned the Taverna's on Agni were all great. During the day we preferred to go to Kalami beach instead, it is much bigger, it is about about a 30 minute walk and has 2 supermarkets. For lunch we would visit the Kalami Beach Taverna, which had great service. We did not have any issue without a car as we enjoy walking but if you are not a big walker or have kids it would be beneficial you rent one. Last but not least, Max was an absolutely terrific host, he helped us with arranging a taxi, reservations, and recommendations which all worked out great. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is well located near the Agni Bay and the pool is a real heaven to be in after a long day of visiting! We truly enjoyed our stay! Easy communication with the owners and warm welcoming. Here is some information about the layout of the villa. Level 1 (pool terrace): one bedroom with a double bed (not a queen as listed). Level 2 (patio table): kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with twin bed. Level 3 (principal entrance): one bedroom with a queen bed, small living room & outdoor terrace with an amazing view (no white curtain for sunshade like in the picture). The furniture is not exactly like in the listing but the villa is very well decorated. Do not hesitate to book it, it's a very nice place and you will enjoy it for sure!!!

A place with a lot of charm, comfort, warmth, purity, character ... it is one hundred percent worth it! It is too obvious that Max puts all his heart in what he does! Will be back again!

Max is very helpful. He went out of the way to accommodate our requests. The cottage is cute with great views overlooking the bay. The ground floor of the cottage is in need of a facelift however, taking the price point into consideration. Outdoor terrace could be nicer. Maybe a sun sail could work well for some shadow over the seating area. At night the neighbour's aircondition made condensation that poured directly over the seating area. Renting a car is recommended in regards of the location. We had difficulties getting taxies to pick us up, but Max was very helpful booking a transfer for us. P.s. the cats are very cute!

Dont think twice, it’s a very cozy, spacious place which is more than what you see even in the pictures!:). Located at the center of the island, it was also very easy to go to all places within almost same time. Max was also very friendly and helped a lot for every detail.

We are a family of 5 with teenaged children and LOVED our stay. The house and garden is so pretty with far reaching views and lots of thoughtful touches such as flowers and candles. The house is very well equipped with comfortable beds and good shower/ bathroom. Communication was excellent and Max and Manos were very helpful. We really had a great time - very helpful Google maps links to favourite places as well. We could happily have stayed longer! Thank you!

We loved staying here! The signal around Agni is a bit on and off and it would be much easier to travel around with a car, but even without a car we managed to make do and had an amazing trip with the beach just a short walk away! The house ist perfectly located in the hills of Ano Korakiana with a spectacular view of calming green trees. The perfect place to relax. Also it is perfectly situated to start several trips around Corfu island. But most of all it is Hans and his son Max, the hosts, who upgraded our vacation. They have been so kind and friendly and gave us the best recommendations all around Corfu, from restaurants to hidden beaches to boat rental aaaand so on. Fantastic house! We had a great stay at Max his place. Spacious house, very nicely decorated with all modern equipment! Beautiful garden with a very nice view. Max went out of his way to deliver us a great experience, even brought toys for our kids and was available whenever we needed support. Also great to have a cot and a child seat. Only comments: As there are no mosquito nets for the windows, whenever you open the windows, some grasshoppers and/or flying insects can enter the house. All the beds have mosquito nets, so no bites at night. No microwave (which we missed for heating baby food/ milk) Other then that, highly recommended place in nice authentic village! Short drive (20 min ) to beach

Maximilian is a fantastic host. If I had any question, request or issue, he was very quick to respond with an answer, suggestion or solution. The property is beautiful. Air conditioning super, pool small but pretty. My only advice to another traveller is to be prepared for steps down from your car and more importantly the steps up to your car! Also, before you arrive stop at a shop and buy plenty of mosquito repellent sprays, candles and incense to burn. The garden is beautiful but it brings with it plenty of bugs! Once we got the hang of preventing bites we dined al fresco morning and night.

What a great place to stay and what an even greater host. From helping us to arrange taxis to suggesting multiple plans for our stay and always accommodating everything we needed. The cottage is just as stunning as shown in the pictures, but know you're in for quite a steep walk to and from Agni Bay if you don't have a car! You're in for a treat with the views from the balcony, definitely recommended.

Nausica cottage is beautiful! Exactly as shown in the photos, a split level apartment which is beautifully furnished, stunning views and a very comfy bed! Max and Miranda are very helpful with excellent and fast communication. Be warned the apartment is at the top of a relatively steep hill but well worth the trek down to the beach and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The location was stunning, 10 min walk to some of the best tavernas in the area as well as to a gorgeous bay to swim from. The house was lovely, exactly as described and the bed absolutely heavenly! Location was great to explore the north east part of the island, but definitely recommend having a car if that’s what you plan to do. We stayed for a total of 10 days, and highly recommend staying with Max - he was super friendly, responsive, and kindly offered to clean the house mid-stay (fresh linen, towels…) which we really appreciated! Thanks so much Max - hope to visit again soon!

Die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei, wir wurden herzlich im Büro von Max empfangen. Nach einigen Tipps machten wir uns auf den Weg zur Unterkunft, welche eine super Lage besitzt. Um zur Unterkunft zu kommen muss man jedoch ein paar Treppenstufen hinabsteigen, was jedoch kein Problem ist. Es war alles schön eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt! Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit ganz leicht an Max wenden welcher uns immer mit sehr guten Tipps versorgte. Wir würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für eine Unterkunft von Max entscheiden!

Das Haus ist schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein paar tolle Buchten mit schönem, klaren Wasser, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Hans und Max sind freundlich, aber leider hat Max uns bezüglich eines Sonnenschirms für unsere Tochter hängen lassen, da er uns am ersten Tag versprochen hat einen vorbeizubringen und wir nach eineinhalb Wochen immer noch keinen nutzbaren Schirm hatten.

The best house and possibly the best vacation we have ever had. The garden invites you to a slow breakfasts celebration, the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, the beds are comfy, and the views! It cannot be put into words. A week in this place was a real accelerated experience of the Greek way of living. Max is a great host and this home is a dream. We all feel we will come back to this place. I would recommend Max to everyone, he is an easy going person with lots of great island recommendations and always ready to help when needed. I recommend this experience 100%. P.s. Everything looks even better live than in the pictures😊

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Maximilian. Een sfeervol en schoon huis met een mooi uitzicht. Verschillende terrassen/plekjes om te zitten, in of uit de zon. Max was goed bereikbaar en zeer gastvrij. Hij heeft ons goede tips gegeven over het eiland en uitjes om te ondernemen.

Fantastic Location. Amazing view over to ocean and Albanian mountainside. Also very close to the beach which can be reached via foot in few minutes. However best of all is the kindness one is welcomed and taken care of by Max.

Hallo zusammen, zu der Unterkunft muss man ja nicht mehr viel sagen, ist wirklich top. Ein paar Anmerkungen darüber hinaus: Max ist ein super Gastgeber, er hilft wo er kann und gibt super Tipps. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Korfu, hier unsere Eindrücke für Erstreisende. Das Haus liegt u.E. in der besten Gegend Korfus (Little Kensington). Die drei Tavernen in der unter dem Haus liegenden Bucht öffnen aber erst ab Anfang Mai, was für viele der Restaurants auf der Insel gilt. Dafür ist es vorher sehr entspannt. Unsere Lieblingslocation war das Tavernaki in Kassiopi. Neben der Umgebung hat uns die Inselhauptstadt am besten gefallen. Entspannte Leute, tolle Stimmung. Der Nordwesten hat eher enttäuscht.

I had a fantastic time at Max’s place. The apartment is exactly as described and the view is breathtaking. Several beaches are just a 10 minute walk away. There’s plenty of space for a solo traveller or a couple, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment gets lots of light. Communication with Max was easy and he was always available and went out of his way to make sure that I settled in okay. Definitely one of the places I’d return to. Thanks for everything!

Villa Agni has beautiful views of the Bay and a stunning garden of flowers by the pool to enjoy. A truly gorgeous setting! we had a few problems with our visit which were dissapointing, but have tried to translate these into tips for future travelers. 1. Plan ahead - you're up in the mountains, if you don't have WiFi (it was broken when we visited) you need to download maps in advance (and any music and movies etc you want to enjoy your stay). Also the North part of Corfu goes into Albania's roaming network - so even though Greece was in my roaming plan, Albania wasn't and we got stung with a huge roaming bill for trying. 2. Check the seasons - we visited in April and nearly everything was closed. Boat hire, restaurants, cafes, etc. Google maps opening hours aren't that reliable either. Resurants that are open tend to open quite late (like 7pm onwards) so don't go early to try to look for somewhere. 3. Pay extra for a decent hire car! Many roads are very steep and some are barely roads at all. If you want to go to Mt patakratos (the top of the mountain) you really need something like a 4x4 - the roads are scary! 4. The fuse box is hidden behind a wall hanging in the kitchen. Some lights, the dishwasher and hot water didn't work for a few days but turns out it was just the fuse. 5. The best local supermarket was the AB supermarket in Ipsos (a short drive, located in the main strip, easy to find). There are smaller ones closer, but can be hard to find or shut, can be expensive and we're out of bread etc when we tried them. Hopefully that's helpful to people looking to stay!

A nice place to stay in a good location. Good value for money.

We stayed In Max’s very nice house in the middle of October 2021. Everyday we enjoyed the breathtaking view from the upstairs kitchen/living-room and the adjourned balcony. In the evening it’s nice to meet the end of the of the day with magnificent sunsets while the traffic eased off on the nearby road. The house is well equipped with everything you need however some maintenance are overdue. It took a little while to get used to park on the very steep slope that leads to the house. The friendly British neighbor let us park our car in front of his garage. However I t’d have been nice if the house had its own parking place. The downstairs where the bedrooms and bathroom are located has a door to several cosy terraces. It had just been raining quite a bit and the downstairs was somewhat damp. All in all this accommodation is good, though slightly overpriced.

Had an amazing 5 day holiday here. Agni was beautiful and the apartment is accurate to the pictures. Beautiful views from the balcony. We were here for 5 nights without a car, which was fine. We mostly ate out as there is amazing food in Agni bay, but we got a boat taxi easily to the supermarket. Hired a boat for a day and spent lots of time on the beach.

Great property with amazing views over Agni bay, top floor balcony is just amazing to sit on and enjoy the views with a glass of wine. Overall outstanding outdoor spaces, bbq and pool. House interior is very tasteful and very well equipped and only a short downhill/uphill stroll to Agni Bay. Loved our stay.

The most incredible villa and host - do not hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it! Max is a brilliant host and is a fantastic point of contact. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Man wohnt direkt im Dorf und hat doch seine eigene Ruhe, vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit dem Garten. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen genau der Realität, die Bäder sind frisch renoviert und ein Highlight. Empfang und Kommunikation waren auch sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. 10/10 Sehr gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Agni. Maximilian was a really helpful host; a member of his team met us at check-in to ensure we had everything we needed, and he went above and beyond at all times. The villa feels slightly less modern than the pictures suggest; it has a slightly rustic feel, but is beautiful and comes with a lovely pool and stunning views. We loved having breakfast out on the balconies, and everything was very well-equipped. It's worth saying that the house is a short walk from Agni Beach - but that short walk is quite steep, and provides a pretty robust 10-minute workout. All in all, we had a lovely time, and recommend getting down to Agni Beach, hiring a boat and exploring - but making time to come back and enjoy the pool!

Very nice little house close to the main road (but very quiet!) and close to the beach. Maximilian did a lot of effort making our stay easy and comfortable. The downstairs area is not as freshly renovated as the upper level. Especially the bathroom is a bit “aged”. But everything is clean an the location and the view are spectacular.

Max is a fantastic host, so friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions. The cottage is ideally situated above Agni with a fantastic view of the bay. It’s beautifully decorated too and extremely clean. Max was also very flexible with our check out arrangements as well. This is an excellent place to stay for a couple or small group of 3 friends, a rare gem as most places are villas! Will definitely be back to stay again.

This place is enchanting , all the little details in the house and garden are absolutely beautifully done. Very authentic and stylish. The location is exceptional with views as far as the eye can see on both sides . Makes this such a peaceful place to be. And the town is charming and picturesque . The apartment is beautifully presented and extremely comfortable (the tip in other reviews about eye masks was a good one, and the air conditioning worked a treat). The view is lovely. The walk down to Agni Bay and its handful of lovely tavernas is steep but was perfectly fine for us, even at night. Other beaches and restaurants in neighbouring towns are just a short drive away. Max and others were responsive, friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location to explore the north of the island as well as Old Town. I ought takes 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches and Old Town. Would very much recommend. Also has a Nespresso machine which isn’t mentioned in facilities but was a big deal to us. Worth noting that it isn’t disabled friendly, the entire village isn’t really. Chris

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The house was clean and well equipped and Max was a very helpful host who was always quick to respond. Such an amazing location with great views and pool! Would also recommend Agni Taverna. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely place, quite remote house tucked in near lovely Agni bay, which you have great view of from the balcony. The new air conditioner works brilliantly and the area is super quiet and peaceful. Also beware of lots and lots of cats haha! Max the host is really helpful and is always there when we needed help with anything!

The villa is located in an authentic and rural town on Corfu, and offers an excellent view around the surrounding area. Me and my family can highly recommend the house, which is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Max and Hans are excellent hosts and were extremely helpful during our trip.

Meine Partnerin und ich haben drei Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Lavender Cottage besticht vor allem durch seine Größe, Ausstattung und die fantastische Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge vom Balkon aus. Wir hatten dort eine schöne und ruhige Zeit verbracht, das Bett war sehr komfortabel und ganz wichtig: Es gab an jedem Fenster ein praktisches Fliegengitternetz, sodass die Fenster zum durchlüften, vor allem nachts, auch geöffnet bleiben konnten. Der Check In und die Kommunikation mit Max war fantastisch. Er ist ein sehr lieber und umgänglicher Typ, der tolle Empfehlungen für uns mitgegeben hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Die Lage hatte für uns im Nachhinein zwei Medaillen. Es war doch schon recht abgeschieden und man hatte so etwas längere Wege zu den Ausflügen, aber dafür auch seine Ruhe und eine sehr schöne und ursprünglich erhaltene Umgebung! Obwohl die Ausstattung gut war, war es der Unterkunft an manchen Stellen doch deutlich anzusehen, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Badezimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Leider hatten wir außerdem das Pech, dass aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten beim Nachbarn der für unser Auto vorgesehene Parkplatz am Haus nicht genutzt werden konnte. Wir mussten unten an der Straße stehen und einen 100m langen und sehr steilen Weg zu Fuß zum Haus laufen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter, wenn die in die Jahre gekommenen Kleinigkeiten und die Parkplatzsituation ausgebessert werden. :)

Beautiful cottage in a very peaceful location. The house was tastefully decorated and spotless. The patio area is great with views down to the sea. The village is very quiet, so a great place to relax! The hosts were very welcoming, and Max's tips where to go on the island were excellent. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine atemberaubend tolle Zeit in der Villa Agni. Der Ausblick ist ein absolutes Highlight und man kann wunderbar die Gedanken schweifen lassen und in die Weite über Berge und das Meer blicken. Nachts kann man wunderbar die Sterne und den Mond sehen. Die Villa ist liebevoll mit allem eingerichtet was es benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Max war super. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, war immer erreichbar und uns mit einem köstlichen Wein und frischem Obst begrüßt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à la Villa Agni et avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Maximilian nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a bien conseillé sur l’île de Corfou. La Villa Agni est une maison traditionnelle et authentique. Nous avons mangé les tomates du jardin offertes par Miranda et avons bien profité de la piscine et de la très belle vue !

The White Cottage was a perfect getaway for our family. We were looking for a peaceful place away from the tourist strip but still close enough to access the beautiful beaches. Maximilian was a very kind, gracious and helpful host throughout our stay. We’d recommend this place to anyone in search of serene views, starry skies and the more authentic side of Corfu.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Agni. It is in a beautiful location next to great restaurants and quiet inlets within walking or short driving distance. The pool is a perfect place to unwind. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it! Balcony is also relaxing with stunning sea views to the Albanian mountains. We highly recommend for anyone including families.

A stunning villa in an idyllic setting - the views cannot be beaten, the gardens are a joy, and we were spoilt for choice on where to sit and enjoy this wonderful place. A real hidden gem in a magnificent part of Corfu. We loved the proximity of the quaint Agni Bay just 10 mins walk down the road, and having our own pool to enjoy was a real luxury. We very much hope to return!

This is a completely gorgeous village house, beautifully restored and very peaceful. We loved being away from the tourist crowds and enjoyed exploring the mountain villages and their amazing old houses. Beautiful beaches are a short drive as are lots of places to eat. Hans and our neighbour had lots of good recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This is a really lovely apartment, it’s got a lot of character, it’s functional and is located a short (steep) downhill walk to the beautiful Agni Bay, which has a small selection of amazing restaurants and a quiet and relaxing beach, which feels like a real gem on the island. I would highly recommend and would return myself.

Nausica House is a truly amazing place to stay! The house itself is really nicely decorated & has everything you need, with incredible views out to sea and lots of different seating areas! The location is also fantastic, with a short (quite steep) 5-10mins walk down into Agni where there are lovely tavernas and access to great beaches along the coastal walk. Max is a great host and gave us plenty of tips for the local area - would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Max’s cottage is very lovely, and in such a peaceful location. The view is stunning, and it’s only a short (downhill) walk to the beautiful Agni Bay with its fantastic restaurants. The cottage was so sparkling clean, and had everything we needed as a couple on a weeks stay. Max let us have a late checkout and also informed us of a pool we could use at an unoccupied villa, which was hugely appreciated. The cottage has recently had air con installed which is amazing when you’ve walked up the hill from Agni Bay. The only tiny negative is that the bedroom gets quite bright when the sun comes up. We had eye masks, so this didn’t cause us too much of an issue. All in all, it was a perfect stay.

La parte esterna è molto bella, perfetta per colazione e cene, silenzio assoluto e tantissime stelle. fondamentale avere L’auto, e aver voglia di guidare per raggiungere anche la taverna locale o la spiaggia a circa 15 minuti. Il cottage ci ha dato modo di esplorare parte dell’isola e rientrare in casa e assaporare la tranquillità di fantastiche serate estive. Maximilian molto disponibile e gentile.

Villa Agni is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is set towards the top of the bay so has amazing views but is also only a <10 min walk from the beach (restaurants and boat hire). We loved the privacy of the villa and the pool. Our host (Max) was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Wir waren für 11 Nächte in der Villa Agni und haben es sehr genossen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Nachts ist es wunderbar still und der Sternenhimmel über dem Meer verzaubert. Die Villa liegt in einer herzlichen Nachbarschaft. Ein 10 minütiger Spaziergang führt zum Strand von Agni an dem man köstlich Essen und baden gehen kann. Maximilian hat uns gleich zu Beginn geholfen und uns Sitzerhöhungen für die Kinder besorgt, weil wir sie nicht überteuert mieten wollten. Wir wurden von Miranda mit köstlichen Tomaten und Gurken versorgt und bekamen frische Eier geschenkt. Die Kinder haben jeden Tag im Pool vor Freude gekreischt. Rundum unvergessliche Ferien.

Das Haus ist klasse. Besonders mit kleinem Kind funktioniert der Aufenthalt super: dank Pool kann man den ganzen Tag im Garten verbringen, das Wetter und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a lovely house in a small village. There’s an excellent view and you can just see the sea. They have a very friendly cat who seems to love company of the guests. Highly recommended

Nice, modern apartment. We liked that we could walk down the hill to Agni beach and taverna. Max was very communicative and accommodated a late check in. There was also a convenient parking spot at the top of the hill on the road. Unfortunately there are no Mosquito nets for around the bed or screens on the balcony doors (it got really hot and without screens we couldn’t get the cool air in at night without getting eaten alive by mosquitos). So if you’re visiting in warmer summer months be prepared for no A/C and bring lots of mosquito repellent.

What a beautiful getaway. I came to this little part of the island to have a sort of meditative, reflective, quiet period away from the noise of the world. This was absolutely perfect for that. From the espresso I could make in the morning, to enjoying it on the balcony, to wandering to the really quiet beach (near kalami) to enjoy the full moon and snorkel with the fishes. Also Max was great! I didnt have a car and took the bus in. He even bought bottles of water so I wouldn't have to carry it in. Also there was a blackout in the village while I was there and Miranda brought me a lighter for the candles. Lovely hospitality! Also the guestbook stretches back to 2004, so they may only have a few reviews on airbnb, but people have been raving about them for a long time!

The house is lovely, just as pictured. The bed is comfortable and the views are simply glorious. Max is very welcoming and there was fruit, wine and water provided for me on arrival. The Wi-Fi is strong and you can drink the water out of the tap, often not the case in Corfu. The village is peaceful and there are few tourists, but there are many many feral cats, rummaging in the nasty, overflowing garbage bins on the edge of the village. One of these little critters was living in the garden upon my arrival. She was a sweet little thing, black and white, but it did not take long to realize that she (or her kitty friends) had deposited fleas everywhere. The pretty terrace had lovely cushions were utterly infested, the terrace chairs likewise. By the second day, I realized the cat must have spent time in the house because when I got up off the sofa where I’d been reading, I had flea bites on my thighs, back and neck. In addition, the garden was infested by wasps so there was no way to lay in the hammock. No where to have a cup of coffee. I was basically able to use the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bath, but no other room in the house. I informed Max, who promised to take care of it before the next guest arrived, not terribly helpful for me. No apology or offer of token refund to recognize that I’d paid $200 per day for an entire house but been driven by vermin into a single room. A memorable stay, but not in a good way. Be careful.

If you want an authentic small town Greek memory to last a lifetime - here you go. Here is genuine, modern comfort in a rustic,historic, private space in a very old world village - not into the predictable touristic place- this place is for you. We truly loved it. We stayed in more modern spots but this was the space we loved to return to most each day. There were so many thoughtful touches. Flowers - wine- sweet- clean towels. And the kitchen was fully stocked. We ate at home under the moonlight over looking the sprawling valley and sea in the distance. The outdoor shower was my favourite. And the local cats kept us entertained. BUT if driving a bumpy winding road is a no go for you - don’t choose this place. Getting in to it was part of the adventure. It’s also just part of the Corfu reality. We know because we drove everywhere! To us this cottage is the very best of airbnb. It’s a place you would NEVER get to otherwise. We connected with local hosts that respect their neighbours, are genuinely interested in honouring the heritage of the surroundings. Thea folks are pro - they communicate well and give you space. ( the list of fave spots / beaches/ restaurants they shared were off he beaten track and really spectacular. It look away all of our need to research “must sees”. We saw a great mix of local, tourist- high and lower end authentic experiences. That’s what travelling is about. Thank you. What a romantic memory.

Very stylish hideaway above Agni beach. Quiet with fabulous views across to Albania. This is a comfortable retreat for a couple with access either on foot or by car to three tavernas and a pebble beach at Agni. Would stay here again.

Korakiana Cottage is in a fabulous location; in the hills, away from the crowds and in a small peaceful village. The Cottage is amazing, everything you need/want and full of character. The whole family loved it and it made our first trip to Corfu very special. Max looked after our arrival, helped negotiate local buses and sorted out a dinner order for us. All amazing!

Absolutely loved lavender cottage! We were welcomed by Max and we can't thank him enough for all the tips on what to do and where in Corfu, it made all the difference in finding the good spots! The house itself is so cozy, and the view is just amazing! Everything was clean and it just really has a good vibe! Easy to go around the island from there but for those who want to be in the middle of shops&restaurant it wont be the best place. For those who enjoy more peace&quiet&beautiful vistas, it's perfect!

Korakiana Cottage is a home from home, its beautifully furnished, quiet and comfortable. It's centrally located in the village, but hidden away, almost like a secret cottage! The cottage has everything you need from Wifi to a coffee machine, comfortable beds and a lovely garden. The view from the cottage is amazing - looking out across the valley and down to towards the sea. We happily spent days snoozing in the hammock in the garden and felt so happy we hardly left the house apart from trips to the village stores to get provisions. We highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing break in a beautiful location and can't wait to go back.

The cottage is trully beautifull; the pictures don't do it full justice. Max is an architect and he works in restoring old houses and it shows! The garden is striking with lots of gorgeous flowers and feels entirely secluded... I don't think we'd have enjoyed our stay in Corfu as much if we'd booked another place!

We enjoyed our stay at VILA Agni. The swimming pool was great. The location of the house is unique. Max was an amazing host and help with many site seeing/ restaurant tips. We will definitely come again.

For anyone visiting White Jasmine Cottage you will not be disappointed, it’s been done to the highest speck and even has a jacuzzi bath which was an unexpected delight. The location is outstanding with beautiful views over the hills down to the sea . It’s within easy reach of all the main resorts and airport . We had a great time and will be going back

We had a great family holiday in this beautiful part of Corfu. The villa was really clean and comfortable. Our host Max went above and beyond to make our check in run smoothly and the thoughtful welcome gifts really helped us feel at home. WiFi was not great but we enjoyed the break! The villa is a beautiful retreat with stunning views and in a nice quiet location. It accommodated my family (two adults and three children under 5) wonderfully. I would recommend hiring a car/bike but it's location is close to a number of different beaches and to Corfu Town so picking up supplies isn't too difficult. Max was a wonderful host and provided so much information and help that we really felt like we were at home by the end of the stay and were very sad to leave - we could happily live their!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Lavender Cottage, it was our first visit to Corfu and was made very welcome from start to finish and we loved the wine, orange juice and fresh fruit, a lovely touch when we arrived. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, open plan kitchen is great for hosting, we cherished this little house and will return in the Summer when it is a little a warmer. Jiota, Hans and Max were fantastic hosts who were warm, receptive and very responsive. The space is fantastic for children, the village is tiny and very welcoming, and is very close to beaches, Corfu town and the mountains. Be sure to check out DRU cafe in the village for great drinks and music. We loved staying at the house, and our kids absolutely enjoyed exploring the garden, the village, and the surrounding area. We would happily stay there again in the future! All and all a perfect place!

You'll arrive to a calm, welcoming place. The cottage is secluded with beautiful views to the east and a gorgeous sun trap patio. The village has all you need and everyone is so friendly. The beaches at Arillas and Paleokastritsa are small but perfect and our favourite was Liapades. I can not recommend Corfu enough just out of season for the weather, the sea's warmth and the lack of crowds and busyness. Would love to come back and so would our 2 teenagers!

The cottage is in Ano Korakiana village which is a typical mountain village, away from the crowds while also located a short drive to Ipsos and its shops, beaches such as Barbati and Agni and an easy drive to Corfu town. There is a village parking area a short distance from the cottage. The White Jasmine Cottage is a destination in itself, with beautiful views, charming rooms, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lovely outdoor space where kids can play. Max and Jiota gave us a very warm and informative welcome and took a lot of care to provide everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We would love to return one day!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Ano Korakiana. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig auf der großen, sonnigen Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm an diesen heißen Augusttagen sehr angenehm gewesen.

Très belle maison avec tout le confort décorée avec soin et sans sophistication inutile. Idéalement située dans un petit village loin de la foule, nous avons pu rayonner dans toute l’île. N’hésitez pas à demander à l’hôte ses recommandations de plages, de restaurant, de visites et de location de bateau (à faire absolument pour voir l’île de Corfou côté mer). Ce ne sont que des adresses de grandes qualités et loin du « tourisme de masse ». L’absence de piscine n’est pas un inconvénient, bien au contraire. La maison est également idéalement située pour un run matinal dans la montagne qui la surplombe. Très beau parcours avec une vue sur la baie magnifique.

Preciosa casa en un pueblo en la montaña, tranquila y con unas vistas maravillosas. Ideal tanto como casa de vacaciones o para pasar un tiempo en la casa. La terraza, el patio y el jardín son estupendos.

What a wonderful place - cannot recommend this place enough - it's totally hidden away and so lovely to be away from the crowds. The place itself is very homely and cosy with a truly stunning terrace with view. All rooms are well decorated and it was an absolute pleasure to be there. Would definitely recommend this place to others. It was well equipped. The beaches were close by and the Panoramic Restaurant in the nearby village was amazing. Kassiopi was a bit far for a night out, but my 16 year old son managed it on 2 nights, getting a taxi back one night and the early morning bus to Ipsos on the next occasion. A car is definitely required, but really a truly stunning location and we could not have asked for nicer hosts. Max was very charming and responded immediately to any questions and even had a map with some of his favourite locations. This place is a real gem.

We had a perfect at the Ano Korakiana with our family, thanks to this lovely apartment! The view is amazing, there's a lot of space and if you need anything at all, it is easy to catch up with the owners. You should definitely rent a car if you want to see the rest of the Corfu at your stay, but it was nice to come back to calm and friendly Ano Korakiana every every evening from your travels :)

This is the best Air BnB experience we have had in many ways. The hospitality and the attention to details (from the amazing pastries greeting us when we arrived to the fresh flowers we found in vases throughout the house). Max and Jiota are highly responsive and super friendly. The tips and recommendations (cultural, culinary, and beeches) were spot on and the whole island seems to know and love Max. The little town is authentic and peaceful, but also well situated to get to the best spots on the island. Loved it!

Schon vorweg: Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren im April eine Woche zu viert (Eltern und erwachsene Söhne) dort. Korfu ist toll und vor allem in der Nebensaison gut zu entdecken, da nur wenige Touristen auf der sonst schnell überlaufenen Insel sind. Das Haus liegt in Ano Korakiana, einem alten Dorf, in dem quasi kein Tourist ist. Das Dorf liegt an einem Hang und so hat man von der Terrasse aus einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Korfu-Stadt, das Meer und Ano Korakiana. Im Ort gibt es zwei oder drei sehr kleine Geschäfte, aber schon in Ipsos gibt es einen größeren Supermarkt (AB-market). Im Ort gibt es leider kein Restaurant, aber ebenfalls in Ipsos (z.B. Moby Dick mit guter griechischer Küche). Geparkt wird mit dem Mietwagen, der quasi notwendig ist, auf einem zentralen Parkplatz im Dorf und man läuft dann ca. zwei Minuten zum Haus. Die Dorfbewohner sind sehr freundlich, genauso wie Max und seine Familie, die das Haus vor Ort betreuen und u.A. deutsch sprechen. Man fühlt sich direkt, als ob man sich schon lange kennt. Das alte Haus wurde vor zwei Jahren liebevoll renoviert und besteht aus einer großen modernen Küche (es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, auch Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine) mit Esstisch, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und gut gefülltem Bücherregal (+TV), einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Masterbett im Erdgeschoss und zwei kleineren Zweibettzimmern im Obergeschoss. Große Schränke! Es gibt weiter zwei Bäder mit Dusche. Hierbei ist eigentlich unser einziger Kritikpunkt, da die Bäder nicht komplett erneuert wurden. Das Duschen in der Badewanne bietet wenig Komfort und es gibt kein Fenster oder Lüftung. Sauber ist aber alles und Handtüchern sind ausreichend vorhanden. In der Küche und in den beiden oberen Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage, mit der man auch gut heizen kann. Der Kamin verfügt ebenfalls über ein Gebläse (hier wäre eine Anleitung vielleicht hilfreich). Der Außenbereich verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit besagtem Blick und zwei weiteren schattigeren Plätzen hinter dem Haus. Durch den Garten mit vielen Pflanzen und besonders durch die angrenzenden Mauerreste alter Häuser, die mit Efeu bewachsen sind, entsteht eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Kugelgrill ist vorhanden. Wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der nicht im direkten Trubel der touristischen Strandorte wohnen möchte. Das Ambiente aus altem Haus und Moderne ist wirklich gelungen.

Wonderful 2-story cottage, in a quiet Corfu mountain town. Beatifully decorated, wonderful terrace with breathtaking views, very well equipped and clean. Airconditioning is available for the hot summer days. We were given a warm welcome by Jiota, the proud and friendly owner of this little gem. The town itself is very calm & sleepy, but it is central enough to reach most of the interesting sights & activities in north Corfu. Guests should definitely also try Sokraki Villa's, via a 15 minute drive up the winding mountain road, but then you reach a restaurant & pool bar with excellent food & service at very democratic prices.

Location is great,not turistic and quiet.beutifull toscan view! 30 minutes from airport. Jiota is so sweet! Welcomed us in a warm way,left many things for us,such as wine,milk,fruits and other things. The house is beutifull! She decorated it with so much care with her fine taste.fresh flwores everywhere. Kitchen is so great with all you can think of in it. We had a great time!

We spent a wonderful family time

La maison de Jiota est placée au coeur du village d'Ano Korakiana et y constitue un petit havre de paix, grâce à son fantastique jardin sur plusieurs niveaux. Nous avons eu un plaisir énorme à prendre nos repas sur la terrasse et au coeur du jardin, avec vue sur la côte albanaise. L'accès à la maison se mérite, car le village est à flanc de coteau et les places de parc pas tout à fait à côté. Rien de grave, car ceci permet de faire connaissance avec les ruelles du village et ses divers chats :-) L'intérieur est décoré avec goût et harmonie, beaucoup de teintes claires qui donnent une agréable luminosité à cette ancienne bâtisse sur deux étages. Le salon est très agréable et spacieux. Les 3 chambres donnent toutes accès à un balcon jouissant d'une vue splendide sur le paysage boisé des alentours, jusqu'à la mer. Cuisine et salle de bains sont plutôt petites, mais tout à fait fonctionnelles. Nous avons spécialement apprécié le lave-linge, qui permet de voyager léger et d'avoir toujours des vêtements propres. Une adresse à recommander à tous les amateurs d'expériences authentiques au coeur d'un vrai village et non d'un ghetto à touristes.

A lovely cottage with amazing views. The cottage is equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the cottage clean. We can't complain about anything and highly recommend Jiota as a host.

We have been recieved with candles and flowers, a few things to eat because we came late at night. Hans helped us with car problems, they invited us to an eastern barbecue. We had a splendid wether and we have discovered the most butifull island on earth... A sort of paradise we would like to keep secret!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und liebevoll ausgestattet. Von der großen Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf Land und Meer. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen, netten Bergdörfchen. Von dort kann man in 10 bis 40 Minuten viele traumhafte Strände anfahren. Die Gastgeber Jiota und Hans sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles, insbesondere für das schöne gemeinsame Fest! Einziger Wehmutstropfen: der Geschirrspüler war die kompletten drei Wochen defekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

A real find. We've just returned from Korakiana Cottage and it was utter utter bliss. It's bright, beautifully styled, lots of attention to detail (great beds and linen, wifi, DVDs, hairdryers...), and a view that is truly magnificent. The house is in one of the oldest villages in Corfu - lovely in every respect. And easy access (by car) to a huge range of beaches and villages. Jiota is a delightful host, the fridge thoughtfully stocked with basic supplies, and we hugely enjoyed the August village fiesta - great fun. We'll be back :)

We had an absolute wonderful time at the beautiful little Jasmine cottage. The house is tastefully decorated with so much charm. Everything was just as peaceful and comfortable as you would expect in a holiday. We would love to stay at this house again! Hans, Thank you so much for everything!

This was a TEN star home - absolutely out of this world! We've stayed in many places all over the world and this is without doubt the best Ive ever stayed in. Its more beautiful than the pictures show it - every room is a delight. Jiota could not be a more wonderful host - the kitchen was stocked, she met us at 6am with coffee ready and waiting, she arranged a rental car to be delivered to us at the house - she is amazing. The house is super comfortable, has every appliance and kitchen tool you could wish for, spotless, and cozy as heck. Being the only tourists in a real Greek village is wonderful - such friendly, kind locals. You definitely need a car but the village is quiet, quaint and not commercialized at all. Fifteen minutes away are all the sites but you return to this utterly private, beautiful home with glorious views across Corfu. Utter bliss. We can not say enough positive things about this house and Jiorta - it is a real steal.

A special place. Beautiful setting, tranquil, we immediately felt comfortable. The place is absolutely what we expected from the puctures and more! Jiota and Hans are wonderful and warm hosts. We enjoyed beautiful tomatos and fruit from the garden. The village is authentic, high up in the hills with a stunning view of the island. No tourists and the people very friendly. A place we highly recommend!!
