We have been a family-run business based in Ano Korakiana village for thirty years and are a close part of the community here. Our backgrounds and education are Greek, German and English. Our individual skills are both aesthetic and practical, ranging from fine arts and architecture to project management and construction.

We deliberately keep our collection of houses small. By managing only a limited number of properties we can maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented approach — making sure every home is well looked after and every guest feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. We prefer it that way: fewer houses, better care.
