Johannes Hofmann
Johannes Hofmann is a civil engineer and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He studied civil engineering in Germany and has lived and worked on Corfu for over 35 years, giving him a thorough working knowledge of local building methods, Greek planning regulations, and the island's property market.
His work covers the planning and supervision of construction projects, building services engineering, and project management for larger developments. Alongside site and design work, he prepares court-appointed and private expert reports, carries out property valuations, and advises buyers before a purchase.
